When I regestered, I mannaged to fill everything correctly in the form and received a email instantly comfirming my regestration.
It would apear that some who dont fill out everythink are getting delays in the email so maybe this regestration is actualy checking the account on element5.:qu:
Ohh BTW, I put the date as 23/05/2006 Day, Month, year.
Pre-registration form kicked me. So, I sent a note to Support and a PDF of my invoice. I hope that works :eek:
Wooooohoooooo pre-registration is done. I got the congratulations message and now all I need to do is wait for the confirm email

I just pre-register … I never found my info … hope I did it right.
I entered my info and got the congrats message…for some reason though under that message was the same form and,“Send Registration” button. I’m wondering if anyone here had the same experience? I just received my confirmation email though.
Yea I did, you dont have to do anythink els, as long as your got the message and your got the email, you good to go.

I got no email confirmation yet but I did fill in everything and got the congrats message. I went ahead and sent a email to [email protected] with the info I sent in to them. Will see how that goes, I’m sure they will take care of everything since I’ve done everything on my end.

filled out, pre registration, licked the screen with glee, for luck and wala… recieved the conformation email, even on a sunday, I think its cuz I licked the sceen…

I filled it out early yesterday, got the ‘success’ message, but never got the email. So, I just tried registering again - and about 10 minutes later got two confirmation emails. So I’m guessing so long as you got the success message you’re fine… it just doesn’t always send the email.

Btw, if you didn’t get the email though you did get the congrats message then as suspected your fine. That is what pixologic verified for me. Can check your junk file as well though wasn’t there in mine. Should get a email after the launch for the download info. though they said if you don’t get anything in a week send them another email… hopefully that won’t have to happen. 
I was going through some paper work, and I found my exact purchase date for ZB…It has been an honor to watch this amazing program throughout these past 6 years, and I cannot wait for this new, free again, update! Cudous Pixologic!

Even though you say we don’t need it as long as we got the congrats it would still make me happy to get one.

I dug out my Digitial River reciept from Jan 2003. Didin’t get a congrats message but did get a SQL SELECT statement (which is kind of cool in its own way.) With luck I’ll hear from Pixologic.
