Just to let Pixologic know : i just compiled the form, but had no coupon code so i submitted without that only piece of information.
i bought ZB from another user, and never actually dowload it, but simply installed from CD and was activated yet.
hope all is good however.

As long as the licence actualy got transfered over to you then all should be ok. Either way you should have got a email with a coupon code in order for element5 to issue a new pop code.
