Hey Guys,

Im pretty sure none of u guys are messed up. Its past work time there ... 10/1 they respond to all of you by monday. Read thru this thread ... people are in all sorts of situations. No one that I can see that sent in e-mails etc about thses issues has been w/o a reply if they were sent during the work day (that being saturday and all).

Im just not sure if they will be working sunday … but who knows maybe.

Out of curiosity, what is the point of this “pre-registration”? Will it enable pre-loading of unactivated files? Does it mean I might actually get the software on tuesday as the Element 5 servers buckle under user demand?

I pre-regged and got confirmed (thanks Pixo!) as soon as I saw this, but I’m just wondering if theres any real functional payoff.

I’m in- got the email confirm. Couldnt find the coupon code, and it still worked! Can’t wait! I just finished building my computer yesterday. Havent kicked it on yet and gone through the Bios- kinda scared too do that. Thanks so much Pixologic Team :slight_smile: !

I filled in all data (I keep all mails and even webpages with the application, tutorials,… in one folder) and got a congratulations page. No e-mail yet, but it’s weekend and everyone warrior needs some sleep before us Uruk-Hai launch our attack on the servers…

WooHoo! Pre-Registration Complete!
I feel faint I am so excited.
I do have a problem though…maybe.
I am using my old hard drive in an even older computer and I am going to be using this to play around with Z3 when in comes out (more like going through all the help files and tutorials). In a few weeks though, My Fiancee comes down here to Texas and wisk me away with her to Little Rock and My wonderfully new office (where my tasty new moster computer awaits me). Will I have to purchase a new lisence? I mean once my new comp is up and running the old HD in my current one is going to be wiped for storeage so I am not sure if I can re-register or what. Not going to worry about it too much now but I can’t help it because ZBrush is my perfect drug and if I can’t use it when I get up there I am going to freak out ninja style, know what I mean.
Some info would help.

I had a feeling about this, so yesterday I looked up my account with element 5. Found out all the old stuff, and am glad I didn’t throw away the sheet with the coupon code on it :slight_smile:

Maybe then -and they’ll be lucky- the ‘grownups’ can have some fun too instead of having to constantly swab up 'ick.

The orderID is not the POP code. You need to find the number called the ‘Order number’ or ‘Order no.’.

If you have the emails from Element5, you should be able to find this. In the emails I have, it appears in the subject line of both the ‘Delivery information’ and ‘Payment details’ emails.

Hiya Mahlikus! From what I remember you can have ZB on 2 computers anyway, besides that Pixologic were always fine about me moving my ZB2, it’s been on 3 different machines over the past 3 years so I’m sure you will have no difficulties!

I bought mine a year and a half ago through a resailer , Windows version. Now I’ve got a MacPro, no PC and no BillGates software any longer, and I’ll change of ISP soon, ISP which is providing both free and paying adresses … everything false for jumping to v3 or even buying it through the ZB store :frowning:

I’m slightly confused as to which date I put in. Do I put in my original purchase date and order number of ZBrush 1.23 or do i put in the date and order number of when I upgraded to ZBrush 2?

nightraven: Try putting in the date and order number for when you upgraded to Z2. That’s what I did and it worked for me.
