N-drew- I feel your pain, I registered at 5am this morning only 4 hrs after the thread went up and it went fine. Though like yourself, I never got a email confirmation other than the congrats that you get after you successfully register. After hearing folks getting their confirmation I’m just hoping its my email being slow to update. Try to keep patient… though I know its tough ehe 
. Last thing I want is to have to wait any time after the 15th to get into ZB3!!

Hehe, I put in my 2002 purchase date and my original 8 digit order number.
I think both ways will probably be fine, just so long as they have enough information to figure out who you are. None of the fields are said to be compulsory, just “recommended” - I guess the recommended fields make it easier to make a match and confirm a user.

Also, a heads up for those having trouble:
Make sure you spell your name right (as in according to the database they have!) It took me a few tries to get my pre-reg. to go through because apparently my name was spelled incorrectly on their end. oh well, too late for me to change it now i guess!

*Macintosh users who have purchased their version online and would like a free of charge license transfer to the Windows version (This license can be exchanged for a Macintosh version once ZBrush 3 is released for that platform.)
Okay, pardon me for being a little thick on this pre-registration — will this be the only pre-registration made available or will there be another one for Mac users when that version becomes available later? The reason I ask is because I have no use for a Windows version at all and just want to know if I’d be better off holding out until the Mac version is released. I mean, if there is no immediate benefit to pre-registering at this time, then I won’t bother.

…I can no longer access the email account I used to purchased zbrush(in 2004)…I cant find the coupon code…& I only have a vague idea on the date of purchase…emailed pixo support several hours ago & havent herd back yet.
should I expect to be buying zb3 now instead of receiving a free upgrade?

You dont have to have access to the old e-mail … just remeber what it was so they can use it as a possible means of looking up ur registration info.
It seems their just asking for as much info as u can provide as a means of being able to look you up in their system. (Im sure a minumum of some sort is required to prevent abuse).
So enter as much as u can in an e-mail or whatever (maybe try the reg again too) they’ll get back to u. dont forget that their probably in bed by now.
