Honestly…

I do not understand why there has not been a complimentary license for you already, considering that you have more posts on this board than Aurick, you are a constant inspiration, the delivery of web findings benefiting ZBrush work is unequaled. If I would be Pixolator, every user who contributed SOOOOOO much would be eligible for a complimentary NFR, (not for resale) license.

A risk easy to take… How many are there above 10,000 posts and so many contributions??? It’s like that 500,000 Mile Challenge of that one car manufacturer. Once you are the first onwner and you exceed Mile 500,000 you will get the latest top of the line car for free. Since the offer, ONE driver could take advantage. And the advertising is phenomenal.

And I truly hope that there is a demo license for you once the software is available. It would definitely leave a bad aftertaste for me to see you unable to participate in this upgrade event we all have waited for so long.

If you ordered from Element5 and need your pop code sign on to your account
on their webpage

Then look to your right and click on the details link. It will open to a full window of the details of your order.

The POP code is listed near the bottom.

I agree with Lemonnado. If there is someone who deserves a free license it’s you Frenchy. And it wouldn’t really be free since you’ve earned it through years of contributions to this forum. If they give some licenses out for contests where people earn zbrush through their work why shouldn’t you get one too. So you have my vote Frenchy. Aurick I hope this is possible.

I registered and received my confirmation e-mail. A couple of things threw me off a little.

One was the date entry. I hope I entered it right…but even if I did I wonder if I entered the correct date for their database.

I purchased Zbrush2 back in September of last year and I think I bought it threw a reseller named Motion Media. It was one application among others that we purchased that day. I did not open and install Zbrush until March of this year and that was when I registered and that is the date of my Element5 emails regarding activation.

So the March dates were the ones I used for this preregistration. Sure hope I got it correct. Enough at least for the information to be cross-referenced so they know I am the legit registered owner.

i´m one of those who arent in the database and i wrote an email, but didnt get an email back, so im not sure if u got my email at all or is it standard not getting an “answer”?is my version now “pre-registered”?

michaelws: Like someone mentioned before check to see if you got an email from pixologic congratulating you. That should tell you if you registered correctly.

I did receive the "Congatulations! You are now pre-registered to automatically receive upgrade…etc.

That puts me a bit more at ease.

I wasn’t in the database for some reason, so I sent out an email. They got back to me just now, and were pretty quick about it.

Customer service rocks, pixologic rocks! Here’s to Zbrush 3 and hoping it’s a real big hit :smiley:

Aurick or anyone- My registration went in everything seems fine, though I see folks saying they got a confirmed email that it went throught that I don’t seem to have gotten. Does this matter at this stage, should I re-register to see if I get a confirmation? Just curious since I’ve seen others say they’ve gotten one.

Well it took about 20 - 30 minutes when I was like the 10th responder to this thread so it could take longer as more people pre register etc? Thats what Im thinking.

For some reason the form says that I was not in their database either and I have a pc and mac license. So I sent a email and got a response back pretty quick. Everything should be resolved now. As always fast customer service.

Hopefully Ofer, Aurick and crew of pixologic willl take June off!
