Hi Philip, I got the same message and I bought my copy in 2004. I emailed support too and they got straight back to me saying my registration would be dealt with manually.

Well I completed the pre reg … and in about 20 minutes got a confirmation e-mail so all is good :slight_smile:

Emm… I actually don’t have an order number. I bought my version at Siggraph, so all I have is the original CD with the coupon code in it. How am I supposed to be able to enter the obligatory Order ID Number (and, let’s be honest, purchase date, I can’t remember which day I bought it on, I can’t even remember which month it was on!)?

Please, any suggestions? What should I do?

Hmmm … use the coupon code? … or maybe in ur case it would be better to e-mail support for ur pre reg rather than the form?

Great, I have apply 4 Days of my holliday specaliy for ZBrush3.

I’m a german user and don’t know where pixologic is domiciled.
How many hours I must substract from my actualy time to have the same time of Pixologic ?

My actual time is 16:06 (4:04 PM).

Good to see you here as well. :wink:
Pixologic is located in L.A… So you will have to subtract nine hours from your time (I have to do the same thing.). It’s 07:22 AM at the moment over there.

The form won’t let me pre-register but I sent them an email. Hopefully it works this way. :smiley:

Well, I also got a “Congratulations”, but I’m not going to celebrate yet. I bought ZBrush through Digital River back in 2002 and had an 8 digit order number. element5 took over after that and I then had a 7 digit order number. I had to re-register in 2005 with that order number. I don’t know which to use. I put in my 2002 purchase date, but used my 7 digit Element5 number, since they will be handling the upgrade. Hopefully, this will be the right choice.

When you redeemed your coupon code an order ID number was created. It’s in the same email as your POP code.

FOR EVERYONE: The form requires first name, last name, plus ANY three additional pieces of information. If you don’t know the purchase date or another particular entry, don’t worry about it. More fields filled in will help, but five accurate fields (including the name) are all that you need.

Orders placed within the last few days weren’t able to be included in this database. If this applies to you, contact [email protected] for a manual upgrade.
