link to my book on Amazon… Absolutely not responsible for the cover artwork…

how the hell can they have you chunk a book full of awesome pics, then put that dog turd on the cover? shoult the cover not be the best pieces of a book?

Ah yes! I thought the new stuff in 3.5 would suit your work, even though there are some bits to be worked out properly. can’t wait to see how it affects your ‘proper’ dino sculpts!
Aw! can’t get the ‘Eye to Eye’ book yet, dying to see it! Amazon says not released yet, still, I’m on the waiting list, something to look forward to!

You’ve mentioned doing sculpts for some TV shows… can you say which ones? I gobble up anything on the box remotely connected to prehistoric life, in fact I’m watching ‘March of the Dinosaurs’ even as we speak!

And hey! I want more dino sculpts! You getting’ lazy?

absolutely hate portraiture models…but sometimes they have to be done to pay the rent.

This is a model to be used in a music video for a lovely artist called carina Lirolla

Hi Zbrush users…

I made a couple of “fur/hair” brushes that are serving me well when trying to produce a surface hair effect and I thought I would share them.
Just used them to pretty good effect on a recent job where others may have gone down the maya hair render route.
I sculpted a basic fur detail with these brushes then added a soft overlay in photoshop.

Peter - love the works - very inspiring.

Gr8 work…n thanx 4 the brushes… :+1:

Ha! the man complains about having to do portraits… complains… but look at the model!!! Some people, sorry, some Peters don’t know how lucky they are

We have an expression in the UK, ‘jammy git’ …sums this up really

xxxH

PS. If you post about how you hate having to do nude models…

I know…sigh…having to spend hours staring at pictures of carina was such a chore. AND…to top it all, Im starting work on a full body shot of her in a chrome basque…will it never end?

Ministerart…Hi…
Really INSPIRING sketchbook you have here…Will take me awhile to go through it all, but so far, I am savoring every page of it and have learned alot from the pages that I have read and seen so far…
Thanks for sharing the knowlage you’ve gained… :+1:
CHEERS  :+1:

Thanks Spirit…thanks Guys…call me Peter.

love spending an hour or 2 wandering through sketchbooks on here…Its often fun to go back to the start of someones work and watch it evolve.

You need to learn to delegate, Peter, you must be far too busy with DK dinos, and some of us here would probably pay to model your model!

Looking forward to seeing the end result… basque an’ all…
…jammy… jammy…

Thanks so much for sharing the fur brush Peter, can’t wait to give it a try :sunglasses: :+1: !
