Cool, is that a Diplodocus I see? Hes going to be eaten! =O Quick use your sonic tail whip attack!
looks pretty cool. The back legs on the biped look off. It’s like the rest of the body has wrinkely loose skin but the skin on the back legs is tight.
The diplodicus’ mouth i also curved downwards too, there is no joint in that lower jaw bone that I’m aware of.
otherwise they look pretty good

Great job! What alphas did you use for the wrinkles?
Eye eye Captain!
I used an elephant skin alpha…one of the free alphas from the gnomon website…absolutely brilliant they are too. I also used the sharpest of Brian De Silvas brushes to accentuate some deeper folds.
Excellent sculpts. Are you using ZB for you base meshes?
Hi AA Ron. Yup…Im using z sheres. I dont know any other way of making a mesh. Ive dabbled with Silo to try and make a mesh but for the life of me…and until someone explains why its better…I cant see the advanmtages of box modelling. Please explain if you can.
Just thought i would show some more of my prehistoric stuff. Hope you like them.

These are great!
Thanks Woz…
love that octopus looking thing… would like to now more about how you did it
Excellent stuff.
I thought I better try painting one of my models. I love this program soooo much. It just keeps on giving like a years subscription to the pudding club.

Very nice stuff man! I lovedddd dinos when I was little and you may have inspired me to do soem sculpts.
regarding your post earlier about why someone would box modeling; its useful if you are animating, and also you have alot more control over your edge loops nad keeping the mesh uniform and smooth. i ususally make a mesh in z3 with spheres, then optimize it in maya, then bring it back to z3. nice stuff
Aw yeah, nice coloring job!
I love your dino models, especially your cephalopod . I tried modeling an elasmosaurus out of zspheres but could not get the resolution settings correct. What kind of setup did you go with to have the hind legs stem off the main torso?
i like the skeleton. great work
