Think I Already said this but this could be an awesome feature, specialy for animnating.
To have a sort of soft selection (3dsmax) but more mask like, so like a combined mask and color mask,
With nice visual deformable area’s, maybe a store Animation mask feature.
So you can alway’s go back.
A better solution to pose characters, through combining 3D layers and Timeline.
And revert back to a standat T pose.
When you have symmetry active , and do operations like mirror weld,Z Remesher etc etc loading in tools.
Alway’s keep symmetry on, I have to mirror weld a lot because of this specialy when you stay in one view.
For when you have more topo in some area’s.
Could be handy to globaly scale a curve.
When you try the trim curve, and have multiple dubdivision levels you get an error.
Could be a cool feature when that happens it wil go down to the lowest level, do a trim.
And move move up the levels again.
To be able to lock the subtool in one place
So you can set your own pivot.
Sometimes when you have a image plane loaded up,
The transpose line will get buggy if to click on the surface to get the normal,
you have to delete CTRL N the image plane and then it will behave normaly.
I would love to see a physical slider at the bottom of the screen that acts like a lazy suzan or a potters wheel - and have this mapped to your left and right arrow keys - As this would be very very helpful to realise your sculpture.
You could also give the option of a spin rate and actively touch the model your currently working to sculpt in a live way around the Y axis.
While I’m at it imagine a two sliders one horizontal for Y axis spin and one on the left of the window pane for zoom based on the crosshair position of the sylus, map this to your up and down keys zoom in and out.
I just think this would benefit as an overall usability and position access. Plus at render time you can gradually tweak rotate your shot to get a great render, without having to snap back to the center and adjust it again - or get lost in a tumble of rotations that non of which you want.

Good idea !
Now when I want to do this with multiple subtools I have to make a preview tool (all subtools together).
My laptop specs are not the best so sometimes the unified subtool is to dense.
Could be cool to do this operation and still have the hierarchy intact.
This could be handy,
If you have your image plane loaded with a blueprint, and some extra custom 3 quarter pictures.
The option to make a duplicate of the original mesh and set that for a custom view so it will use the duplicate subtool for the other version.
Or maybe a flip switch so you can have one 3D layer the blueprint stuff,
And the other 3d layer for the custom views.
And still keep the original model.
Option to have spread and falloff settings so you can mask on the curve.
Like the lasso but for more subtool selections, so it will completly select all subtools that are in the lasso select.
Could be cool to have something like this,
A clip brush that will keep the original mesh and the cut of parts.
So you clip and see that the parts are gone , but it will be saved as a subtool.
When you do a boolean operation through Insert Meshes , could be cool to have a setting that will also keep the original mesh.
For printing stuff.
Slice your mesh with an alpha.
Could be handy to have something like this ,
I make a preview tool often, could be handy to cycle through polygroups per subtool.
A show all hidden button could be cool.
Maybe there is already something like this but I haven’t found it yet.
So a loop through all the (visible) subtools and do a show hidden.
