The texuring and detailing is cool. Just be sure to leave yourself enough time to model the rest of the scene and render.

Placed the first two demon characters in the sceen.

I just put a shader on them. They have no textures and lighting. That is why they are so flat.

Outrageous outfit! Great idea and execution!
I like all the little demons clambering about too. One little thing you might sort out though is a small problem of alignment: the pumpkin can easily be mistaken for one of the little fella’s heads.

Haha, just noticed, the pumpkin could be mistaken for the guys head, hehe, with the demons, have you tried a slightly glossy or high glossy material? it might bring them a little more to life (maybe), the room is looking good
