great start man.wanna see what you’re gonna do with this one.;)
Thanks SammehSAMURAI and Teyon. I will check into all of the links both of you provided. --LD
Edited later: Well unfortunately Worldbuilder is only for PCs not Macs and I got an “Internal Server error” trying to go to the artforgames link. Oh well - thanks for trying.
Hi LD,
Joe from artforgames here. Just to let you know that link is back up and working. It was a temporary server outage due to high traffic. We have upgraded servers to cope with all the new traffic! Let me know if you have any issues.
Thanks Joe - I just downloaded the script. I can’t wait to use it.
@ SammehSAMURAI … wow thanks for links to macro works great by the way… Very Cool
@Diablo, Haha thanks man. well wait not longer lol, here is another update to get a pretty good idea of where she’s going, I don’t know if She’ll use that exact same headgear, I might make it the face of her Mecha that she pilots, will keep tinkering on that
@Jharford, Thanks for sharing those neat links. I was all inspired after seeing your IMM brush creating to get more of her gear done today!
Boots and hair are still just place holders for now.

@Diablo, Thank you so much! It has been a fun Journey so far that’s for sure, even if I’m still taking my first few steps, This is a path I am excited to be on!
It is fun seeing how people progress from the start, and to check your own work that you did maybe a year or half ago and see how much you have learned, keeps you motivated and moving forward!
I enjoy hard surface sculpts, it is a whole different beast, a lot of fun!
Here is a new helmet design I busted out for now. still a bunch of refining to do and stuff but hey! I think I prefer it better!
hey buddy, how you doin’? I love this new helmet.this is mush better.did you see Eat3D’s mike jensen DVDs about Hardsurface sculpt? those are awesome.check them out if you want.good luck man.;)
The new helmet and girl are awesome.

i like this it gives me a relaxed feeling
hey man, wassup? very nice work.it’s so full of life.thanks for sharing. (still waiting for your mech-girl.
good luck)
@AnthonyHayes, Thank you, I was in a very peaceful and relaxed state of mind while making this one, so maybe some of that shows through? glad you like.
@Diablo, My pleasure, thanks for appreciating Oh shoot! the mech girl! haha I’ve forgotten to pose more wips lol. I entered her into a competition, so I won’t post the final pic until after it has been drawn but here is a screen shot of when I was playing around with color ideas.
A little Summin Summin I’ve been tinkering around with in my spare time, Started on her a while ago, but took a bit of a break. She’s Meritaten Maybe, Princes of Egypt Daughter or Akhenaten. known for having bizarre body shape proportions and elongated skulls. Weather or not it was some weird genetic malfunction or if that family line had off planet or inter-dimensional lineage I do not know, but I am rather fascinated by the whole Idea so I thought I’d make a little sculpture. and then thought I’d take it further and do my best at creating a scene.
Please Enjoy if you like. all crit welcome.
My Submission for Lagoas Space girl comp
In hindsight I feel as though I rushed a few steps that could have done with a lot more finesse, So I’m thinking I’ll go back to the drawing board on this one do a re-pose and re-comp and render, but for now here she is

I think you’re right, I find your render pretty aggressive ! It’s hard to read really. Also just an idea but maybe you should try to use the same color scheme for both of them, like if they were coming from the same factory if you see what I mean.
@Boulp, Thanks Boulp yeah, after seeing it again now for the first time in a while it stands out quite strangely haha, I guess I kind of rushed it towards the end ^^ live and learn! as I always say. lol
Here’s another little guy I’ve been making over the last few days for fun. Since I saw it in a dream, still yet to add polypaint. He was bright red in the dream, but we’ll see
hey man, wassup? this looks cool.sth different from your previous works.like it.
