The safe answer for me to give is that you should wait for Support. Zbrush keeps a number of pertinent files all over the OS, but I don’t remember where they all are on Windows, and I certainly don’t know anything about MacOS.
If you felt like it, you could try redownloading the installer (I think you get two downloads from the link before it expires), and deactivating zbrush/purging the entire file directory/ reinstalling/reactivating.
Or it might be better to leave well enough alone. The Zbrush activation mechanism is squirelly enough that you can sometimes cause further problems and run out of activations, leaving you waiting for Support to get back into Zbrush at all.
If you DO reinstall with a fresh installer, make sure you run it with whatever the equivalent of “run as administrator” is on Windows–in other words, make sure that installer has full permissions to write everywhere it needs to write. Since youre on Mac, I assume youre not running any AV that would also need to be disabled.
