KeyShot has its own instancing thingy.

On the right side at the top where your scene hierarchy thing is, right click on an object and select Make Pattern, its great.

That is almost exactly what the would say if they said it in english, which they would not.
The French get a lot of crap about stuff, but when it comes to picking out things to display, eat, or to be seduced by there is no substitute.
Just look at the entrance to their subway systems.
I betcha they have a governmental department dedicated to keeping me and my ilk out which is why you never see my stuff there.
I need more coffee. My central nervous system has decentralized because of a photograph.

The kind of art I like.

Blender has volumetric lighting but no caustics, Keyshot has caustics but no volumetric lighting, these tools are getting on my nerves!

There’s maybe some misunderstanding. Cycles glass casts caustics alright. You just have to enable multiple importance on the light’s properties panel. With the exception of “mesh lights” which will cast caustics anyway.
HDRI background environment will also cast caustics. (not much noisy, that’s good news)
However, a lamp or a sun, a spot light, (multiple importance enabled) will get on your nerves. 5000 samples will still look noisy. Fireflies you see.
This is what I meant, cycles glass caustics should be faked.

Actually these are fun to make.
