Thanks Diablo
Of course i’ve played a bit with Marmoset’s skin shader and added some quick beard:D
just read your interview with the quixel team again.really inspiring.I wish I can find a job as a character artist.goodluck buddy.;)
@ Diablo Thanks mate. Don’t worry, you will land a job sooner or later. Just keep working and improve your skills. I’ve watched your progress in the past year and trust me…you’re on the right track. With every stroke you make you’ll get better. I think you should also start looking into making a low poly, baking and actually making textures for your characters.
great work on the armor!
could you post a breakdown how you go with it?
agree.great attention to details.I really like those straps on the bottom of the armor.;)
hey man, wassup?? looks just great so far.can’t wait to see the finished one.BTW I took your advise & started to make some game_res models.I’ll be glad if you check that out.goodluck.;)
New update - legs
I’m getting closer and closer to complete the high poly. Just a few more parts to go then the damage pass.
love the details on the armor parts.I think the body is a bit thin compare to his head but I guess that’s because you didn’t add the arms.anyway I really want to see how you finish this piece.goodluck.;)
Almost there with the high poly. Only the helmet and a strap on the shoulder left to do before I start the damage pass.
Great attention to detail! The horse designs on the helm’s nose guard and sword’s pommel are nice touches.
