Well my doctor says checking the zbrush site every day for an update is causing me stress. So I’ll check back here once a month from now on.

I spent about twenty minutes assembling a very polite email asking a few questions and the responses were completely cold and canned…almost as if they’re having a computer answer their emails. I didn’t mind the rejection,…it was just the way I was rejected that bothered me.
After paying Pixologic $500 a few months ago, I expected a human response. All you have to do is throw in an anecdote or a comment of your own along with the official scripted statement…maybe even leave a name at the end of the email.
I agree, but by the looks of things, who knows how much longer the automated response will come out. This company has had poor efforts getting a regular newsletter out, I guess that should explain how organized they are.
Here is an honest and upfront opinion… Respectfully, I have to ask; How open and upfront has Pixologic been with us in this forum? Hasn’t Pixologic set the tone for this forum? What Aurick is asking of us, is no more than we’ve been asking of him.

The whole morse code thing was an attempt at lightening the mood. Most took it for what it was, a joke. Humor falls on many a deaf ear here. It’s hard for some to tell what’s in jest and what is not, and that’s understandable. There’s a lot of serious frustration over our shared situation. This forum is a poor substitute for Pixologic simply coming clean and breaking the deathly silence. Maybe there shouldn’t be a forum at all. I mean, what good is it doing any of us?
