I think if you cared about pixo or aurick you’d approach
the situation constructively instead of spreading blight.
Lets forget the passion and remember that this is a business matter. Professionals purchase tools to support a financial objective, and student for education in support of their future professions. If you are not interested in discussing, and or providing the possible status of this tool set from professional experience, or research from other resources, please start your own thread where you can pick on one another and le the rest of us concentrate on workflow elements.
Search this thread (actually, browse all of my posts) and find me one instance where I have personally and illegitimately attacked you, Pix, aurick, or any of the Pix devs.
If you can do that, then perhaps the above statement might begin to hold some water. And no, an argument or a simple complaint is not a bona fide personal attack…
As far as you being “called out,” personally, I feel that if you make a post here, you should be prepared to accept that others will disagree with what you have to say, and have an equal right to voice their opinion. If you feel that by exercising this right, others have unrightfully “called you out,” I think you should perhaps either discontinue your posts here, or grow a thicker skin.
If that tree was supposed to bear us some fruit a year ago and still has failed to do so, I believe said barking is well justified. Find me a post where I have insisted on an official release date. Go. Search my posts, I dare you.
As I’ve said all along, I just want Pix to recognize that us having to wait this long for something we’ve already paid for is a great blunder and mis-estimation on their part. I don’t want freebies or an official release date. I just want a genuine, formal recognition of and apology for the fact that we have had to wait such an exorbitantly long duration of time. And are still waiting.
Incorrect. I gave them all of the honest credit they deserve when I punched in my credit card numbers onto Pix’s website.
And, I will further maintain that I have, at no point, failed to recognize the genius and hard work of the Pix dev team (because I really don’t think this should be so much about money–it’s more about principle to me). But just because they’re damn good does not mean that they are without their mistakes. I would just like them to recognize this.

Why don’t you mosey on over to the Mac section of the NewTek forums. Look for a fellow named Chilton. Watch how he behaves. We all love Chilton because he’s modest and he makes it clear that he’s got our back. He’s not acting like a master trying to shut up his noisy dog. He’s a fellow human being who also happens to be working for NT, and is willing to put in a word for us.

Wow, I just realized by reading back through the old posts, that ZBrush 3 will only run on Intel Macs. Sheez, I guess I will have to go buy a new computer to run it or maybe I should start a new thread.
I’m serious, I have a PowerPC, this sucks. Man, PowerPC is so much better than Intel. … Discuss.
I hope it’s obvious now to everyone (myself included) that Kosher is only interested in getting the attention that he apparently can’t seem to get anywhere else. He’s not interested in healthy discussion, or even a lively debate. He’s only interested in being a virus that infects this entire thread.
Totally ignoring him will do more good than a shot of penicillin ever could.

WWDC is tomorrow, at least Apple won’t let us down. I wonder if Pixologic is thinking of making a ZB for the iPhone… 
my next rig will be a PC… i am feed up of having to wait for cool apps to port osx…
i like macs ui and all the sleek stuff, but its pretty obvious that mac users are 2nd or 3rd class citizens in the 3d world… specially in the Z WORLD … i just graduated and if iam gonna make a living out of 3d it would be foolish of me to trust pixologic , believing that the next version would be simulations as aurick in some post suggested if i am correct
so the message that others have said, that if you are a professional you must use a pc is finally sinking in…
for the ones that have been waiting for over a year and not used zbrush 3… just look at the waste of time its just stupid … and crazy
its sad but its easier to replace the OS than zbrush… so long my dear apple friends
ps: the fact that “they” haven’t at least communicated with us is better than any BS MARKETING email… ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THEN WORDS at least i know what kind of ethics they have!

Seriously, Steve Jobs should mention Pixologic at WWDC on Tuesday. Okay, maybe not, but I have a feeling that Zbrush 3 will never be released for Mac. I think they overshot the release date by so much, that it’s been shelved in favor of some future installment. I won’t change my stance until Aurick drops in and says otherwise.
Don’t feed the Kosher please.
Uh… yea, they can’t even deliver it to Mac. I’m sure iPhone is not even in their sights … it’s just a conspiracy that it’s even in beta testing.
