these are guys are unbelievable. there software is awesome, yes, but that does not give them the right to be such wankers. they can come up with a good idea, but can’t market it whatsoever.
you had an extra month since announcing this to get your ducks in a row, and you dropped the ball yet again. and you have the nerve to make an announcement to try and make even more “pre sales” on the special price? how about you get the software ready before you start collecting more cash from people.
next time, instead of giving everything away for free, charge for upgrades, make some money, hire some more developers and other needed employees to make it work correctly. by giving away that upgrade you let hundreds of thousands of dollars walk out of your bank account. (maybe more, not sure how big your user base is)

They said it would be at least 36 hours less than 36 hours ago. I’m sure they’re on schedule as far as their estimated time frame.

I could care less at this point eventually it will come and I will use it until mudbox evolves. Once that is done I will move to it. I wont be buying any new versions of zbrush. I doubt they will last too long their business practices are the worst thing I have ever seen in any business and I have seen some pretty poorly run businesses.
I have no doubt they are a ‘garage’ operation but even garage operations are smart enough to realize what they can and cant do. They dont tend to make promises they cant keep.
Dude, they gave all the info, and said “at least 36 hours”, which it hasn’t even been. Why point fingers yet when they clearly told everyone the timeframe? I certainly have clowned on them for making such a big deal about the 29th, but then letting everyone know secretly it’s really the 30th, just barely before it’s actually the 31st…Cali time! I think that’s completely odd and screwy, but this I expected …probably because support told me to. A statement like “at least 36 hours” from Pix and you should know it’s not going to happen any sooner! C’mon!

To me the screwy thing has been the fact that there has been no beta images at all, not one, of this marvelous 3.12 for mac. Really,why is that? The fact that these people behind Pixologic cant tell time or decipher a calendar has been a given for along time now.
