Here’s an update concerning customers who received emails from Cleverbridge with no download link or serial number:
We’ve made things as easy as possible for you: Do nothing!
That’s right. Cleverbridge can identify everyone who has been affected by this problem. They are going back through those orders starting immediately, and will refresh each account. I have been told that all of them should be handled within 24 hours. Some of you will start getting new emails within minutes.
So if you are one of the people who used the upgrade link and then received an error message, there’s nothing you need to do other than occasionally check your email. You’ll receive a new email with the download link and serial number within 24 hours. IF you don’t receive a new email within that time, please post in the Registration Support forum and include your cleverbridge reference number so that I can make sure you’re helped quickly.
