Well, Cleverbridge gives me different info then Pixologic, so could someone tell me which is correct, because I am getting nowhere fast? Also, if the system is overloaded, and the first downloads aren’t fixed yet, why are more being added to the process? :qu:

Well it could be that the people who got it working are going crazy finally zbrushing on their macs that they haven’t pulled themselves away to say “mine’s working”. :laughing:

But I’m still waiting for a fix -

what’s the differing info you’re getting from Cleverbridge?

It would really help if you said what information Cleverbridge gives you. “Different info” doesn’t help me spot where the problem lies.

Someone there knew nothing about the troubleshooting instructions aurick posted. I showed him where to find them here at ZBC, and he told me the problem is that I haven’t got a key yet from Pixologic.

Cleverbridge can regenerate your serial number and download link. If you speak with someone who says that they can’t, ask to speak with their manager.

I did call them, because I got no reply with the email.

So I registered for the upgrade a few weeks ago and am still waiting for the download email… fine… no worries… but…a collegue at work, who registered just a few days back has already received his link/license… what’s up with that? :eek: :confused:

Oh you just made my day, buddy! Once my memory arrives, I’ll be sculpting with true digital clay! No need for HD geometry then, not that I even use it now. Hope everyone gets there order sorted out soon so I can have fun playing email tag with cleverbridge. You’re it! :stuck_out_tongue:

I registered almost at the beginning of the action also…
hmmm… Maybe it has to do with the failure batches that went out first :frowning: that might mean that the ones who registered first are going to be the last ones in getting the email with the download link :frowning: :frowning: :frowning:

He should play the lottery today too! I’m right with you, registered 2 weeks or so ago, haven’t received anything. Don’t worry, he’s just lucky.

I got an email a while back saying I would get an email on the 30th to downlaod zbrush 3 for mac and have just managed to check and I have not got any email from pixologic or cleverbridge etc.

Hope it happens soon.

That’s what’s totally confusing me. I thought the downloads were to be sent out in batches to avoid this bottleneck we’re now experiencing. What gives, anyway?

or they’re going in order of your initials or something like that instead of first-come first-served. I doubt that though. Have you checked your spam?

I think a couple people have. I may have just been misinterpreting their posts though…
