Another day goes by without a word from Pix. or Cleverbridge. WTF?
Slowly losing my patience. Time to e-mail support. This can’t be right.
When I first had trouble I called Cleverbridge (they have an office right here in Chicago) and their advice was to write to [email protected], and they told me it was a known issue (which made me feel better). After a couple of days with no reply, I happened to check the ZBrush Central gallery, and saw the Now On MacOS notice with a link to this thread. Then I sent a new message to Mac3Support, so I hope I’m on the right track to getting this settled.
Maybe someone there at Pixologic should tell Cleverbridge to direct people to [email protected] instead of support?

I don’t know if I am the first one (in OZ) but I’m up and running, thanks Aurick. Activating like a dream !
I’m breathing now better.
Ok now I’m starting to get annoyed, day 8 from release and not even a wimper from pixologic or cleverbridge, however it works…it hasn’t worked. What’s going on?
Yeah, you might be the first, which gives me some hope that I"ll actually get it this month.
Hey! Good for you! I’m happy for ya!
Me too. Up and running, and no problems.
My grateful thanks to Pixologic, and Aurick, for responding so quickly to my request to get me upgraded to v3.12 after a hard disk crash.
What a service!
Thanks again - TL
I got my download link email this morning and have successfully registered. Zbrush crashed on first run but seems to be okay now. The registration process worked perfectly.
After all the waiting I’m now so busy with other work I won’t get to use ZBrush for at least a week.
could anyone on a MacBook Pro 2.4 dual core 4 gigs post their thoughts on its performance and for that matter anything else of interest… anything to fill in the time. Received a reply on monday that my account was being manually processed, so I hope maybe tonight or tomorow night so I have it for the weekend.
Hi there,
My macPro have 16 gigs of memory, but the memory in the preferences allows me to set just 4096. Is it normal? I don’t know if somebody had done this question yet.
Best regards,
Yes, this is normal. ZBrush cannot currently use more than 4 MB of RAM. On the other hand, the extra RAM you have means that you can run ZBrush and Photoshop beautifully together.
Thanks Aurick…
They are having fun Toghether!!!
Thanks again.
Best regards
Hi Don. Your upgrade link was sent to you a few days ago. We just resent it now. If you still don’t receive it, please email [email protected]
great so far I’ve not really really pushed the poly count yet but you know, some millions is good for starters.
Cheers
Sav
Would never have been up running tonight had you not gone direct Matthew. Thanks.
Program seems buttery smooth!!!, Now to pull out all the tutorials and manuals and learn this beast.
Hey Don! Glad to see you’re up and running now!
I’m just learning myself, and have bought ‘Introducing ZBrush’ by Keller. I’ll let you know how it goes!
The software is a bit scary at first. There’s so many bells and whistles!
Good luck! I’m sure we’ll see you around the forum!
Got my email this morning. Came home, went through the download and install. Went without a hitch. Life is good!
I got the email today, downloaded from the link and copied it to my Applications folder… but every time I try to launch it, it instantly crashes. No window to enter my serial number or anything. Just the The application ZBrushOSX quit unexpectedly error message.
I’ve tried repairing disk permissions, redownloading it, nothing.

guessing 10.5.5 will fix the issue. see sys reqs…
