Mac OS X 3.12 Upgrade Support Center - Read Initial Post Before Posting

Maybe we will see notices in the morning after Germany has been up for awhile, at least I am hoping being on the east coast of the USA. Everyone else has either finally received theirs or have fallen asleep waiting. :confused:

Is it possible to get word to your Mac3Support people to confirm the receipt of emails they receive–It currently is a bit of a black hole, and I don’t know whether my email has gotten through, let alone forwarded to the folks at CleverBridge.

My problem is with a SECOND license for Zbrush I purchased and need to install–no word as to it’s whereabouts.

I’ve been working today on all requests that came in to Mac3Support over the weekend. As I handle each one, I’m sending a response email to let you know it’s being worked on. With the fact that things have slowed down, I can take the time to do that. :slight_smile:

I expect everything from over the weekend to have upgrade links sent overnight.

Regarding that second copy of yours, please send an email to Mac3Support with both of your order numbers. We’ll be able to put through the second upgrade for you.

Tuesday morning in Victoria, hope it comes through soon.

I contacted Pixologic about a week ago via e-mail to inquire about the possibility of switching over from a Windows license to a Mac license of ZBrush because I now have a Mac Pro.

The reply I got this evening stated that I’d have to pay 50% of the retail price ($297.50) to switch platforms. This surprised the heck out of me, considering how reasonable Pixologic has been as far as software pricing went in the past. I just got done transferring some of my other software to the Mac for minimal fees, including Adobe Creative Suite.

Is Pixologic actively trying to discourage people from switching platforms?

Tks for all the hard work, just want to know more about E-Mail activation, I intent to install on MAC PRO & it was not internet connected due to security & company policy, what next I can do from my side. I have already send message with all my info to support… looking forward to hear from U :wink:

I guess I’m going on bended knee to Pixologic now …

I lost ZBrush2 when my Mac had a hard disk crash and I had to reformat. In desperation I bit the bullet and bought a Mac Pro, something I should have done some time ago.

I’m sure that Pixologic keep a database of users, so perhaps they would kindly confirm that I am a registered user and tell me how I can register for the upgrade to 3.12. Any help would be very gratefully received.

I continue to get someone over at pixologic to respond to activating my second liscense–no response or movement since last Thursday!

I’ve sent repeated emails to [email protected], but no reply, confirmation, nada. I’ve included my cleverbridge license info, my address and contact info.

Do you have any reccommendations as to what to do? I’ve tried calling the main Pixologic number out of desperation, but no one answers the main line. Are you guys continuing to process these upgrades at a normal pace? At what point are you in dealing with outstanding upgrade issues? Should I sit tight and wait? until when?

edit: I should reiterate that this is a second paid license, not an attempt to activate my one license on a second machine.
