I continue to get someone over at pixologic to respond to activating my second liscense–no response or movement since last Thursday!
I’ve sent repeated emails to [email protected], but no reply, confirmation, nada. I’ve included my cleverbridge license info, my address and contact info.
Do you have any reccommendations as to what to do? I’ve tried calling the main Pixologic number out of desperation, but no one answers the main line. Are you guys continuing to process these upgrades at a normal pace? At what point are you in dealing with outstanding upgrade issues? Should I sit tight and wait? until when?

edit: I should reiterate that this is a second paid license, not an attempt to activate my one license on a second machine.
