Yeah… I’d like to see something in my spambox that doesn’t involve replica watches or increasing my ability to please a woman. C’mon, I hate watches, and I please my girlie plenty. What I want is to increase the size of my software library by a measurement of 1 ZBrush 3.12.
I dont think anyone is dying or losing everything from lack of assistance here… (maybe a lot of crying). However this is very unfortunate and I hope Cleverbridge, or perhaps a new distribution business, can get it straightened out before 3.5.

Could it be you hate watches because they move too fast when you’re trying to please a woman, but go way too slow when you’re waiting for your ZBrush 3? Just a theory. 
The Cleverbridge support team cannot see anything until the upgrade link has actually been used.
They are a different department from the good folks who are creating and sending the upgrade links.
Calling or emailing Cleverbridge support cannot help you. We are working with the correct Cleverbridge team, and I hope to have some answers for you soon.
