:lol: I’m on the phone with cleverbridge and they’re saying I’m not even in their system for the new upgrade - only for the initial purchase…
Maybe the swiss did make a black hole, and it’s eating all our information instead of matter…
I hate when that happens.

From our standpoint it’s hard to figure out the way Pixo’s and Cleverbridge’s system is set-up. Seems the problems are a combination of system overload, and human error.
But, imagine how many more problems there would be if this upgrade was concurrent for pc, and mac like the next one is supposed to be! If this is a headache, that would be a massive, terminal brain tumor. So, it could be worse, gang. Hopefully, they iron out the problems before the next upgrade.
In any event, I have to really hand it to aurick. Even if the results aren’t immediate, he seems to be all over this situation, trying his best to resolve it.
cleverbridge told me to contact pixologic at the mac3 email again because they never got any notice that I had registered for the new upgrade.
I’m willing to bet that the same goes for everybody else who tried that yesterday.
So… did our emails just never get forwarded to cleverbridge?
For a moment there I had a lucid fantasy of myself at the Cleverbridge office acting out that scene from The Big Lebowski

Not to sound like a brown-nose or anything, but Aurick’s performance in this tragi-comedy of an update is the one bit of brightness in an otherwise dark place.
I do know this, that if this whole situation isn’t resolved by today, Cleverbridge will be on my “dead to me” list. :evil:

Thats the reason I’ve been bangin on about getting a confirmation from Pixo when we sent our emails.
DON’T want to be an alarmist, but we could all be waiting in vain, and for me specifically minus eyelids…for nothing!
I sent my email to Mac3Support at 2PM yesterday. I do not see anything from Cleverbridge this morning, nor is there anything in my Spam filter.
Well, according to the first page, the info I sent to mac3support at 8 last night won’t be processed and sent to Cleverbridge until 4 p.m. PST today anyway, so…
Unless they change how they’re handling this, nothing’s going to happen for me today AT ALL - and probably not tonight or tomorrow (being Saturday).
Think I’ll go grocery shopping. Yeah, that’s it! Might as well get SOMETHING constructive done!
