One critique. The fingernails on the right hand:
Flamenco and classical players grow their fingernails out to use as picks to pluck and strum the strings, particularly the thumb.
The shape of the nail forms an arc that extends well past the tip of the finger.
Ask any Flamenco player. They sometimes use nail extensions to build up the nail when their natural nails aren’t in playing condition.

Yeah that slightly shorter fingernail really detracts from the excellence of the piece. Jesus. 
I was convinced that the cloth was simulated… I’ve never seen such convincing fabric sculpting.
Also, I have a newfound respect for MakeHuman as a tool. Thanks for the insight!
A phenomenal piece. This might be the highest quality work I’ve seen from ZBrush. More than just the sculpting, which is masterful in itself, but also the story this picture tells. You’ve really paid attention to the art.
Now if that wasn’t enough, your breakdown of the steps is so straight forward I think I might be able to tackle something this complicated. Just an excellent job in all aspects.

There is such dynamism in your pose that even in a still image I can see movement. It is moment frozen in time. Its a masterpiece.

I feel I’m there… I can hear the music, her shoes tapping the floor, the energy
in the room…everyone is part of the moment (not everyone…some in the background
are missing out on what’s happening on the dance floor…their loss)
