wow!

AWESOME render!! :+1: CONGRATS mate! Thanks for sharing

holy cow the final image is astonishing. Thanks man

Yeah, that did the trick on the skin, and the eyes are looking pretty nice as well. Whatever you did on the skin really dialed up the realism (even if it still looks a bit wet). Looking really nice. :+1:

very nice renders. your cloth work is impressive. the latest render has the cloth looking a lot more natural and yet detailed, with a strong sense of weight behind the material itself.

digitalmind thank you man! I’m still learning, check Samuel Poirier’s or Bigguns’s threads ) - http://www.cgfeedback.com/cgfeedback/showthread.php?t=407 and http://www.cgfeedback.com/cgfeedback/showthread.php?t=414&page=4

great character, don’t look like CG  :+1:

Vermeer? Almost there
:+1:

Beautiful progress :+1:

Really enjoying this last one posted…Beautiful…
I like the blue coolness of the color range that your exploring…subtle and great harmonies in those color values.:+1:

the shadowing is too pink. Try for oranges, blues, and purples on the subdermal layers. The overall skin coloration looks pretty good though.

Are you going to do a vein layer?

b2przemo thank you!
michalis thank you! ) looks similar a little bit ))
Etcher thank you!
SpiritDreamer thank you! glad you like it )
Drakaran thank you for tips, not sure I need veins for this character…

looking AWESOME! Great update. I like that tiny mole you put under her right eye. :+1:

I’m speechless at this moment. Great job man.

The link you gave us for the rendering was not very informative. It’ll be really appreciated if you talk a little about your setup.

Cheers

She is looking more and more alive all the time.

Amazing render!! Thanks for the links!:sunglasses:small_orange_diamond:+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:

Hey there eof3D.First of all great job on your model and fab renders as always. Now I’ve got a question which may be off topic.in regards to your vray lighting and sss shader, i noticed that in your previous render you had allot of artifacts in the shadow. Now i have come accros the same problem on my vray render.
How would you go about getting rid of that? now the most obvious setting to tweak would be the shaddow subdivs on the light, the Sampler set to dmc. so i tweaked everything and still the same result.i even thought it could be the SSS passes. yet another failure.

I examined your last render you posted and found minimum artifacts. Would you be so kind as to explain to me how you got rid of yours.

Drakaran thank you! updates will come )
Eiad thank you man! I will share most important tips when I done with it.
Webhead thank you!
digitalmind thank you!
Angelblade thank you! As for shades - you should know that last image have some postFX (some blur… etc.). But anyway as far as I know VRAY works much better with lighter zones than with darker ones. I’m working with gamma 2.2 (http://renderstuff.com/using-gamma-2-2-cg-tutorial/) and it seems that this way we could get better cooked dark areas. But both images was rendered with gamma2.2… I’m not sure I’ve got right all gamma related tricks )) Hope it helps…
Also last image was rendered with 3 area light, and previous just with one area light - so less completely shadowed areas the less artifacts )))

Update for her face - different eye color )
