nice modeling, but the sss is set way too high. This is especially apparent in the nostrils. The teeth needs a hint of translucence. The sternomastoid doesn’t appear to be attached to the collar bone. You might want to adjust that just a hair where it comes down and attaches.

I am looking forward to you finishing the eyes too.
