The overall loook is great, I miss a littlebit of the underlying bone/skull structure. Maybe you should build it up from a skull base? Just my 2 cents, hope you don´t mind.

Another version,i’ve used dynamesh at 600 res to fuse the part of the skull then after previously cloned the original subtool i’ve projected all on the second one to have again all the details, this is very useful because with dynamesh you have all the quads well distribuited so less divisions needed for the entire model, now it is 2ML, the previous one was 5ML. Hope you like it even if it is just a sketch to me to test some new alphas i’ve done. C&C Always welcome.

I imagined this character together with the younger monk and maybe some other monks with the Asmodeus demon on the back…it will be a masterpiece judging from all these previews.

p.s. love the alpha/textures you are using , start to become a trademark for your pieces like Giger or Beksisnki did on their artworks and yours are personal as well

I find it very interesting, how you realize things. This is like painting a picture. You have a very good eye for the right perspective and the right color scheme.
That is always a motivation for me to continue and seek new ways of visualization.
