Akze - Sketchbook

I second that!!

Hi AKZE, just letting you know, been using your method of Dynamesh to Sub-D and so far, working just great. Since I am not doing any gaming or animation stuff, this method is coming out just fine. Thanks for the info. Please view my Jaguar I recently worked on using your method here:

And I gave YOU credit for the method here:

Hope to see more work from you soon. Happy ZBrushing.

Thank you guys

Hi Dragon , thanks for the credit but you didn’t have to, it was free tips

Here my first try with the 4R4, me like it :stuck_out_tongue:

Man, your work is amazing. You’re giving me a ton of inspiration here.

Wow, that thing is frigging amazing! It’s like a Micheal Bay remake of a Dalek!

Thank you guys

Here’s my new one, work in progress

All done with the IMM brushes of ZB, no personal brush. Inspired by Moondonghwa’s video on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BHIhrS3eo5g

Update=

awesome cool work more HS modeling !! lots of detail !!:+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:

Thank you Gary,

Almost finished, i’ll add some few more details later.

:+1:small_orange_diamond:+1: top row too me !!

this is amazing!!! very well done

It’s really cool design! There’s just one tiny detail that bugs me a little. The treads seem to act more like wheels. The benefit of treads are more surface contact. What you have looks like it’s loaded with suspension, which is good. I’d figure go ahead and have the treads operate as treads and be more settled to the ground, otherwise it looks like your tank is floating a little.

Jerick - I see what you mean, may i’ll try to fix it later (too many parts), thanks for the tip

today afternoon i’ve done a quick sketch of cartoon’s style goblin for fun :stuck_out_tongue:

Hi. I just have a question. First of all, good job with the HS modeling. I love it!!

My question is, for the IMM brush did you go in and modeled all those pieces and then just set them as insert brush object? Or is there a folder in zbrush that has all the mechical
parts done as a preset for you to use as IMM brush?

Cheers,
Wai

Cgtrinity thank you

I used IMM brushes from Zbrush and somes I’ve donwloaded from the IMM repository here on the forum = http://www.zbrushcentral.com/showthread.php?170167-Insert-Multi-Mesh-Repository

It started as an exercise to practice modeling with this new feature, i already have started the creation of new ones, I’ll post later on the repository when I’ll finish.
Actually i’m discovering and practicing the use of the topology brush and transpose for modeling, and some other new features.

This tank make me remind my childhood , it’s like “LEGO” :stuck_out_tongue:
Here’s the polyframe view:

Bonkers!! more poly groups than you can shake a stick at! brilliant work!
