ZSpeed Session: Head Modeling

I don’t see an image

Here is the second doggy I’ve made. It’s not only a head, but I figured out it myight be better if it has the whole body.

Hi pajonate,

Excellent toon dogs! Love that style.

:+1:

Here is about an hour and a half. I’m not a big Zballs user, (maybe in the future) but I wanted to stay in the guidelines of, “all Zbrush.” I think the Zballs part took a third of my time. =) I haven’t had time to get used to them. I’m still relatively new and haven’t figured out how some people are getting such fine detail work into the models, but I’m working on it. Its such a great program.

Hey ArchStanton ya did a pretty good job there for someone who doesn’t like “zballs”.

Keep up the good work!

do you guys all use the tablet to model? i seem not to have much control with the mouse, meaning its not that confortable to use the sculpting tools.

If you have access to a tablet, that does grant much finer, more precise control. And of course, how well the program handles pressure sensitivity is what usually sells folks on ZBrush in the first place.

First post and first model, got Z yesterday and I have to say that I have never been so impressed by a program (yes, it’s small, gotta save some bandwidth):

Hey, Bas, if you’re monitoring this thread, could you please re-link your excellent ‘Surprised Gnome’ head ZScript? The link currently in the page 4 post doesn’t appear to work now. (I think I accidentally posted this question in another thread. Sorry)

Thanks!

~S.~

p.s. What is the latest you can show of your ‘Clerk’ illustration?
