glad i stayed up late here eastern time for this MTB !! watchin now on other monitor;)
very informative to watch. Thx for the video!
awesome work with the low poly video!
With great interest, I would love to spend the time to read what you have to say.
Amazing very nice tutorial thankyou!!!
Very nice work. I never really thought of using the slice curve tool to create edge loops. Very nice/well put together video!
Very cool video and innovative use of Zbrush. A more in depth “making of” would be great since the tutorial is very fast and sometimes not easy to follow. Thanks for your effort.
Thank you thank you. I m glad its useful.
Which is exactly why I am making the second one.
I know this is a lot to ask, but could you redub the sound with commentary? I can usually figure out what you are doing once you complete a task, but what you are doing up to that point can be puzzling as to why you are doing it.
This is easily the best low poly modelling tutorial I’ve seen since it results in a complex shape, but adding the commentary would escalate it to the same level as the official videos done here by pixo.
I am rendering the other video now, no title screens, no music, no bells and whistle…Just me and Z and a whole bunch of info combined with my breathing and I think I said beautiful, wonderful, fast, lovely and uuhm like 5000 times. I didn’t edit this thing at all so get ready. Also, I drop some of my wishes for what I would like to see in Z. I hope it helps clarify things. Should be done and up by this evening (Currently 1pm here).
Great video!!! Look forward to the nextsmall_orange_diamond
-> When I read your and other ZBC member’s thoughts on 10 years of Z, I looked back at what I was doing computerwise. It was a bit confronting to say the least…
I made them into two of my Z-Journal sheets. The images are rather big and I don’t want to hijack this awesome thread -> I posted them here.
Actually, they need to be in my personal Z-journal between this and this page
Later,
Geert
heres a latern i did, I didnt do the exact one you did but used the same method. I love modeling in zbrush and have been working with it more and more. I have learned some very useful methods that i was not using. But I figured id show my lantern i made after watching your video its 36000 polys.
