Hey man. In the zmodeler menu go to the modifiers at the bottom and change it from “inset each poly” to “inset region”. Its the very last option at the bottom right

Lol no worries, I did the exact same thing for about an hour yesterday.

Several of the Curve brushes seem to be broken in this release, the Curve Standard, Displace Curve and Curve Dam Standard.
Clicking on the curve does not sculpt as it should, instead it just moves the curve :frowning:

I bought Thursday, submitted a ticket Thursday, and I’m still waiting for “how do I fix this?” support. :slight_smile:

They must be really backed up.

Edit: Common sense tells me I’ll need to do a Return and Buy Again, since I inadvertently bought the wrong thing. At this point though, I hate to further gum up the works.

Has anyone who did what I did – bought only half the bundle – had their issue resolved yet?

hi friends, i have a little problem and maybe someone else is experiencing it:

my Load and Import buttons are not working, yes(o: , both 32 and 64 bit
Load Tool, Import model, import texture even import ui colors,
when i click i can choose the obj, ma, jpg whatever and then import buttons starts flashing black and white forever eventually i need to close zbrush. I tried with all kind of objects and textures, heavy, light, obj, ma,jpg

I know you are all extruding shamelessly now (o: but any ideas?

The only bug I’ve found is an undesired and unexpected subdivision – and I can’t remember what I did to cause it, so I can’t report it. :slight_smile:

Been messing around with new tools. Interesting workflow if anyone hasn’t tried it yet. Just experimental and can be kinda abstract.

Select an Alpha>Make 3D. ZRemesh it down to low polygon count and then use Zmodeler. Could give you all kinds of ideas. Especially if you do 3D Under Painting.

Not Nanomeshed or Arraymeshed yet, but could bring even more ideas

Do you suppose the problem with the links is drug related?

I love the new feature that auto adds a shortcut folder to the default directory. Can there be a dialogue option that asks if you want one created when a file is opened instead?

Hello guys i have finally recieved the link for the keyshot bridge and the code for keyshot for mac. but there is no link to download the keyshot for Zbrush so i went on the keyshot website
and i have downloaded the keyshot for mac.
After once it was downloaded, I tried to open the installer but I received each time I tried an error message that tells me the installer is damaged (see screenshot below)

Has anyone here the same issues ?
that is a little bit frustrating to be close but just close ^^…

Bought KeyShot and Bridge Friday. No email. Submitted a ticket. Got a response Saturday saying all is resolved and I have the link in my inbox. Problem is I don't. I hear other people have gotten their link. Am I the only one still waiting?

You are not the only one. I fear that this will play out a bit longer. I got the same response from Support. Each time I respond I expect to wait another 24 hours for them to respond to my response…

For anyone getting a Keyshot “licence not found” message, please rename the license_KeyShot file to license_KeyShot.zlic and it will work.

I really should have posted this earlier, but didn’t realize it was a fairly common issue until I read some posts.

The Mac Installer is not damaged, it just has a sucking error message:

You have to install Keyshot with a full admin account to not get the error.

You have to temporarily change the osx secuity to “install from anywhere” for the Keyshot content installer.

My situation is weird, as I’ve said before. I only paid 149 and got links to everything – Keyshot and all.

So everything’s installed, including Bridge license and Keyshot, but of course, nothing works. :smiley:

So I’ll have to pay a hundred more, I imagine. I hope it’s that simple.

I’d rather do that than “return, reorder, credit, debit,” etc.

finally i have managed to install after i have fixed the permissions with Onyx but now i am stuck.
first, there was no “.lic” after the licence file of keyshot that we download, so i added it.
It worked for Keyshot
But once I want to use the bridge on Zbrush, he ask me to put the liscence but he doesn’t recognize any of the files with or without “.lic”

so i am stuck

any advice??? that will be more than appreciated
the explanations on the emails for installing the product keyshot for mac and the bridge are not really clear.

I’m on a PC…know nothing about Macs.

You might want to get in the Support line, unless a Mac user can help you.

Think I’ll first wait for all the KeyShot issue to sort then upgrade or purchase bridge and all… in the meantime I am trying out all the new features and also 64bit and having fun…

Will keep an eye on the problem…
