Just downloaded and installed on workstation, dynamesh is already amazing. Here’s hoping it works as well on the tablet…

do you mean tablet pc? it’d be a pretty epic failure of pixologic to mess up dynamesh for people using a tablet.
speaking of which my eraser no longer does an inverted brush stroke. is that an option i enabled last time or do i have to start looking for keyboards while i sculpt now?

I’m still waiting, reasonably patiently. All the data needed was already in my pixo support account… but I did notice it said I was using ZB 3.2 and OSx 10.5 which was old data, so I updated that info… hopefully I wouldn’t have gotten overlooked because they think I’m using ZB3

Me, I’m a middle of the road kind of guy, never at the beginning, never at the end, so I suppose Mr Random has treated me with an even hand. With age comes wisdom though, so I’ve been clever and powered through all my work so when it does come I can turn from a crotchety old git to a giggling child for several undisturbed days.

if i knew it was gonna be this cool (after playing with just a few of the new tools/brushes), i seriously would have waited (patiently) an extra month for my cleverbridge email and kept my mouth shut on this forum whole time…
the first time i touched a 3d app was over 24 years ago, when i was like 12 (sculpt-animate 4d on an amiga)… had no clue what it was or what i was even doing… took me over 2 days to render a sphere on a checkered floor… and now… ZB R2… i can do whaaaaaaat with a sphere???
just… wow!
it feels so good to be a nerd and alive and a pixologic customer right now, if there was a “cry” icon, i would totally post it right now… its that good!

I hope you Pixologic and Cleverbridge guys (and gals, Iz not sexismistic) are happy with yourselves. You have managed to reduce a grown man to tears by lack of email upgradery sendage. The sorrow is overwhelming, and I am certain I have lost at least 3 months from my life (the amount of stress per day email not being received multiplied by the number of times the “Refresh Inbox” button is pressed in browser, divided by the other tasks laid out over the day that require my attention added to the sadistic delight of everyone that posts “Tee Hee, I’ve got mine!” in this thread.)
Ha! J/K. However, I do have a new system for you to try next time. Send mine out first, and randomize everyone elses. That totally sounds fair to me. 
I’m still heartily looking forward to witnessing the new improvements, especially with all the buzz that’s been going around in the forums. I’ve tried to look at the documentation, but the doc server seems to be down.

Still nothing. Has the universe forsaken me? Having experienced a world of frustration with other so called professional 3D packages, ZBrush gives me hope. Pixologic’s vision of software that empowers artists without demanding an arm and a leg for an upgrade is unmatched in this industry. Over the last few days I have been contemplating the idea that I havn’t yet received my ticket because I’m simply not ready to take on the creative challenge inherent with R2. This has been a common theme in my life. I now know the time has come for me to embrace it creatively in an intuitive sense and break away from my roots of traditional box modelling. I hope my words here trigger some sort of chain reaction within the chaos of cleverbridge that results in me getting my invitation very soon. In other words…I’m READY! Bring it ON!

So, like many, I have been sitting here pacing in circles waiting for Z4R2.
And, you know, the Doubt and Paranoia set in, right? Well, I have Z4 activated, been using it for work nearly every day since April. LOVE IT!
Well, Since I had it activated, I figured that I was ‘registered’ with Pixologic, until I checked back on my activation e-mails sent to me by pixo and CB. They said that for any questions to go to the support desk, which I did (To check on the registration and activation of Z4.) I tried to log in and realized that I did not have an account-
To my personal horror.
So, on their e-mail list when sending out Z4R2, Do they send out to the list of e-mails that have Z4 activated? or to they send to a list that are registered on the website itself?
I am going to assume activation, but you know… that paranoia thing, haha.
So, I just barely registered my account with Pixo. Seems every company does it different. Adobe does activation by account, as do other suits (such as Autodesk) And so, I guess it was just blind love, and I did not assume that I did not receive an account with activation, haha. Could have sworn I did, but I guess that is a reference memory to registering for ZBC.

The support system is a separate registration.
Whatever email your registration/activation emails for Z4 went to, is where the ones for R2 will go to, unless you deliberately had Pixologic change it, in which case it will go there. So if you got a Z4 registration by email, you’re golden. Just sit tight.
