Video tuts would be great. Updated vids. When I preview Zspheres they show the new zspheres 2 skin, but after rotating or moving the preview switches to the old classic skin without me activating the classic button. how do I prevent this? any one?
I received my email Friday :), now I need a new computer. I only have 2 gigs on my xp desktop and 3 gigs on my vista laptop.
I plan on configuring a desktop via Dell, the studio xps series. this is my plan.
windows 7 pro 64 bit
processor: i7 920 or i7 860 can’t decide
8 gigs of ram
ATI radeon 5770
I can’t decide between processors, forums say the 860 is faster but only has 2 channels of memory vs the 920’s 3 channels.
any opinions on my configuration? I’d buy one and build it but I don’t have the money. Dell finances, lol.
Cleverbridge has sent out all upgrade emails now. We have, however, found a lot of cases where people had not updated their email address with us, so the upgrade went to an out of date address. Also, it seems that a number were caught by spam filters and junk mail folders, or just went lost.
For anyone who has not yet received an upgrade email:
- If you have already submitted a support ticket asking about your upgrade, DO NOTHING. We are processing all tickets as quickly as we can. Multiple tickets will not help us get to yours sooner; it will only slow down processing of all tickets that come after yours since we’ll ultimately end up looking up your account multiple times.
- If you have not submitted a ticket, please do so at http://support.pixologic.com. Be sure to choose the Upgrading department, which helps us prioritize tickets to get everyone helped as soon as possible. In your ticket, include your cleverbridge reference number or serial number if you can. It helps us work faster.

Is there a reason why pixologic’s home page and the videos about zbrush4 are all broken, it’s been 2 days that I can’t see any new features in videos, it keeps saying “buffering”…
This is a great release. I would guess everyone and is trying to view the videos at once.
The same happened the first release week avalanch! Server overloaded!This is the second week and probably these two days will be the same, hope get soon the gem also for Pedro and the others guys:D
