Firstly, Iâm on a mac, but I copied the files that were âinsideâ the unzipped folder to: ZStartup/ZPlugs folder⊠and somethings came to life but it seems like PaintStop has interface issues⊠anyone know a fix for ZB4 plugs please chime in.

Still waiting but I would be surprised if I got it this week. Not my luck. Last time I needed to email support a week later and then they sent it to my right address. No big deal, just glad this puppy came out on time. So many exciting new features.

Is there a new way to customize and move buttons from how it was before? I went to preferences, custom ui, enable customize, and held down the button and dragged like the last version and nothing will move.
Figures. In the past my email has shown up at the end. This time it shows up fast and I donât have time to even download it till Friday and then I have to work all weekend on a publication due by Monday.
Iâm really enjoying ZB4 but I do have some questions:

How do I search the web via lightbox. I see the WWW tab but when I put anything in the search box and click search nothing happens.

I have a bunch of my own Alpha and Ztool folders that I nest links to in their respective folders inside the zbrush folder, so that I can quickly jump around my drives via lightbox. The problem is that I canât see any of these folders inside lightbox. Only images. This was working previously with 3.5r3 on PC.

How do I paint on my mesh when I have the spotlight tools up? Iâm sort of confused at this functionality. Can I use the rotated image as a stencil to pain over my object? I canât seem to get it to work and I canât find anything about it in the manuals.
my most underrated new feature/fix: If I am not completely mistaken then the odd perspective view has been fixed. just loaded a character I did and the appended the dog, move it far apart and it did not seem to distort/shrink the perspective. that means you can really set up and render larger scenes now.finally the viewport feel like a proper âroomâ.

Is it a little early for ideas for a point release? I am enjoying ZB4 with the polypaint layers, but that is pretty much it⊠
I am now thinking of maybe layer groups (allowing the groups to have materials set and blended⊠i am looking for the blending modes but maybe i am missing somethingâŠ

Just got mine and everything went very smoothly and without a hitch. Downloading, activating all went well.
@badassemblyâŠas to you 3rd questionâŠonce you have your image positioned, press z on your keyboard to paint then press z again to get the spotlight widget back. Oh! and make sure RGB is on at the top.
Did you hold Ctrl while you dragged the items to their new locations? That should do the trick.
