If you do not receive your upgrade instructions by WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9 please submit a support ticket to let us know. We will be able to look into the matter and get your upgrade instructions sent to you. Please do not submit a ticket before then, as we will not be able to assist until after all upgrade emails have been sent by Cleverbridge. Any support tickets requesting upgrade instructions that are sent prior to September 9 will be closed without a response.

I wish they’d give us A REASON for these delays. I mean it could something to do with uploading 3.5 to servers and not anything to do with the software itself. Just tell us WHY we’re still waiting!
I posted what I meant to post, which was the paragraph with the cut off dates for when to start asking, “Where is my upgrade?” I was trying to supply the details that Jaystein777 asked for.

You remind me of somekind of mad scientists - your work is exceptional, original, something that NOONE can pulled off except you. Brilliant.
Unfortunatelly at the same time you dont give a rats arse about social behaviour, informing people and press - you just say “will be when will be - untill then - f… off”. I am wondering AGAIN - what would have happen if you just stay in contact with your fans and regular users, inform us about whats going on instead of leaving everybody in the darkness. I tell you what - you would just GAIN more respect. People anyways love your software and forgiving you all delays. Stay close to your fans, goddamnit!
