**** ZBrush 3.5 R3 for Windows Released

Looks like I spoke too soon. I thought Pixo had learned it’s lesson and would stop delaying stuff endlessly.

Just release it when you know it’s ready and don’t say anything before that.

Hey, let up guys. The release is coming, so just let them do their thing and get it up. They will post here once the update is available. Gosh.

I wouldn’t be so quick to blame pixo, maybe cleverbridge ain’t really so clever …

'course bit torrent is made for this sort of distribution …

I am sitting here with the last version that has not run since
the day it came out ( October?)
Hoping this would fix the problem.
Give them a chance?, have and will, no choice, but discouraging…

Have an uneasy feeling that we are the unofficial beta testers.

Pretty exciting guys! Lots of nice new workflow features in there. I’d trade GoZ on the Mac version for all of that new stuff! We’ll get it soon my fellow Mac-ophyles. I still have faith that Pixo will deliver the goods.

So, gentlemen, it would seem that I have been ‘banned’ from posting here, merely because I was on a rant, and asking Pixo for some information re: the Mac version.

Instead of an answer for any of us Mac folks, they’ve simply ‘quieted’ me by making my posts visible to only me, and only when I’m logged in.

Isn’t that interesting? I’m just a troublemaker, and not allowed to ask a simple question. And then they wonder why the Mac Community gets angry.

Of course, I’m posting this, and no one will be able to see it - EXCEPT them, and me.

Glad to see this release. I am rather perplexed by the announcement without the ability to download.

Either way, I can wait. I can still do everything I need to do with 3.12 (And that is A LOT!!!)

The lack of plug in support for 3.5 has been keeping me from moving my projects to the new version, so this release would have been great for me if the plug in support was the only new addition. Now I will have all sorts of new toys to play with. I just hope they come before turkey day!

Mmmm, turkey, mash tators, stuffing and a big helping of R3! Now that is a thanksgiving to be thankful for!

Pix crew, you guys rock and never cease to amaze me! Big thanks to you all for your hard work.

I just received an email with the download link! I can’t wait to go back home and try it out! :+1:
Thanks again Pixologic!!!

we should keep our eyes on the bigger picture…who writes
the music for the videos?

FYI…my email just came in with instructions to dowload. File size is 126mb and only took a min to download. Installing now!

Sweet! i was just about to ask if any of you guys got “The Email” yet  great to hear it’s on it’s way out now.

NNNNiiiiiiicccccceeeeeee!!!

It says my Cleverbridge link is no longer valid. Guess I have to wait for the emails. :frowning:

seethes with jealousy over those that already have it.

Oh well…back to Dragon Age…

This took me by surprice, :+1:

Guys & Gals in Mac Land I feel for you - having to wait and all - but seriously - why Bash Pixologic for this? Because you’re going to get an awesome upgrade for free? Because the pipeline to PC production is faster & they are kindly releasing it as it becomes available?
Sit back - Relax - Count your blessing you don’t have to deal with Vista on a daily basis & enjoy the fact that by the time you get it tutorials & a manual should also be available.

I think all artists are kind of impatient and childish, so when a very impressive piece of software is presented in front of our eyes (eyes that have a very much wider sight than normal eyes), our imagination starts to create virtual images and models that we want to give birth to, and if these marvelous tools are not still ready to be grabbed with our trembling hand and stillo, we can fall in a deep depression. We should wait fighting our creative demons and focusing this power over ZB 3.2 that has still lots of juice to give. Ouch! a demon has just pecked me with his trident…Please tell us when, Dime cuando, cuando cuando…

Ok, sorry, you’re putting words in my mouth. I said nothing of the sort, and never would. such a statement would be totally bogus.

Secondly, you’re absolutely mistaken if you think that abstract art is not art.
I’ve seen a lot of bogus statements in forums, but that’s a doozy.

Still not working for me as of 5:32pm EST

The download link is no longer valid.
Please contact our customer services and refer to your reference number 7254489

Where’s the link to the download?
I am going nuts! I need it, I need it.
I love this program.

Should we wait for the second updates to fix this one.
Might be ready Friday…
