after posting i had a look at mac pro prices and i must say they are insane.
it really doesnt make any sense that its that high priced.
up to 9000$ just for the full ram! its almost possible to get the whole setup for that money. ayways dont want to start a win vs mac wars as you guys are so exited about being able to use zbrush on your 20000$ macs :lol: :lol: :lol:

The Chip Merchant is the place! I buy ALL my ram there. (And no, I don’t work for them.)
I’ve got 6GB in my Mac Pro now, and getting ready for more. 
Never had any problems with their ram, and I’ve been buying from them since the beginning of recorded time.
What a throw back, I use to buy ram from

I have 4 GB in my mac and 8 GB in my PC (Windows need a lot more… )
As far as I know zBrush is not 64bit?
PS: Do you any good experience with OpenGL cards on osx?
ZB3 isn’t 64bit? Why not? You would think that would be a huge benefit to the application being able to access 16GB or 32GB of RAM.
