There has been a problem while processing your delivery. We are already working on this technical issue and may be waiting for information from the software publisher, which may cause short delay. At the latest, this should be solved within 1-2 workdays, although it is generally much less. We will contact you immediately via e-mail upon resolving the issue and apologize for any inconvenience.

Yeah, we’re bunch of others in this situation. Old users. Maybe troubles with the informations, since some pple bought it 4 years ago and infos have changed?
Anyhow, we gat an email today, this looks promising! :wink:

Hmmm, Why am I not surprised to run into an error. This brings flash backs of the first time I tried to license and set up ZBrush
 a hair pulling experience. Now I am up before the chickens, pleasantly, but cautiously surprised to see the announcement email
 and my first thought is " I wonder how this is not going to work out well this time?!"

By the way, I bought ZBrush a year ago almost to the day
 not so older ZBrush user.

Upgrade

The main page is now updated to say “zbrush for mac osx -available today”

right
maybe available today and instantly downloadable for their customers who are going to be paying $595
so i follow the link, but sadly no clickable options to select an upgrade download for alllll the users who have done it that way.

c’mon zbrush! we arent angry, we just want to get our grubby little fingers into the tasty pie that is zbrush 3.12 for macosx!!!

I went through all the activation and registration instructions and got an email saying my License Key is attached to this email, and guess what
 no attachment. What’s the deal Pixo?

So, they decided to release it 2 days later than what they originally told everybody, and now things are screwing up


Is there anyone out there that has a working copy of ZB3 yet? Or is this just a big prank from Pixologic. :roll_eyes:

I feel a bit guilty 'cause I’d totally forgotten about ZBrush 'til I checked my mail this morning - 10 minutes later I had it installed and licensed! Even worse is the fact that I don’t really need it 'til next month as I’m building a new studio and it’s not ready yet.

Anyway, just to let you know that the upgrade process can work smoothly - it’s not just new customers having fun! I was on 1.55, updated to 2 (but never used it) and registered for the 3.12 update when the first announcement was made.

Welllllll, hopefully by the time I get home from work everything will be sorted out and I can stop using it via Parallels from now on!!!

 I applied 1 month ago and bought zBrush
 now I will be the last to get it
 No mail here!
Why don’t they upload it to some sort of web server, so everyone can download it?
Hope to get it today, because tomorrow I have no web for 2 weeks

This is a sign of life. We have a pulse! It seems clear to me Pixologic is trying to get the mac version out, its simply a Cleverbridge hiccup.

Ok so there is a problem! will it matter a week from now when your all happily ZBeeing away with those wonderful new features? 
 no! :roll_eyes:

So save your blood pressures and find something else to get on with while they sort this out. If you have a complaint, write to support and stop getting everyone else here worked up.:wink:

When it’s all sorted a week from now everyone will be happy and working ZB as it was meant to be worked on a computer that can really help it perform.

No, I don’t think so. Many of us here have every right to be angry. Have you been waiting over a YEAR? Have you been getting the ‘runaround’ from Pixo for over a year?

And this has all gone JUST EXACTLY as I said yesterday.
