I think the 29th means, it will be ready to order. Its 8PM here, which would be 5 on CA.
I’m betting on tomorrow, but in the end, it will be beautiful, and well worth the wait.

Upgrade links will be sent out in batches, in the order in which the requests have been received. Do not panic if someone else receives an upgrade link before you do; for technical reasons it will not be possible to issue all of them simultaneously. We will, however, process all upgrades as quickly as possible.
We will contact you again should additional information be required. Otherwise, simply relax and wait to enjoy version 3.12 once it has been released!

Just a quick update for everyone:
Everything is looking great, and we’re planning to send out the first batch of upgrade links tomorrow as per the confirmation email that everyone received after filling out the upgrade form.
On a related note, we’ve been able to push the price increase back until the first upgrade links go out. That means an extra 24 hours of being able to get ZBrush for the Mac for $489.

But when I got my PC version to run via Bootcamp this is the only email I got aside from the download… 
That what you guys got is just a confirmation mail that they got your upgrade registration. I got that one too as I registered 3 weeks ago 
You should get a few mails more from them before you get the actual email for downloading ZB3!
