I’ve got my confirmation email on Sep. 5th
I received my confirmation on the 2nd and I also filled the form out just minutes after the form was posted.
I will be happy if it comes this week, I am pretty sure that it will prove to be well worth the wait.

When I first read that it would be released on the 29th, I was really excited, because yesterday was the first weekday of my week off from school. I was hoping to really dig in and mess around with it for a week; and actually really learn it. So, while a lot of you are downplaying the fact that it isn’t actually being released on the 29th, for me it’s actually subtracting 1/7th of my time each day that goes by.
Hopefully it’ll be so awesome that I just get blinded to the wait…
They haven’t released a trial version of the intel-compatible version yet.
I thought it would run on Tiger.

well it does say “recommended” on the specs. email support and ask. might be a while before they respond considering and 10.5 might in fact be required. 10.5 is worth the upgrade fwiw. ogl improvements etc…
It still says available 29th on the web site but if you go to the store it is still not available for purchase today.

it is sad that we aren’t surprised that it isnt out. It is so typical of them. I dont understand why they would say one day and not hit it, just dont set a date if they arent ready. I would rather them say it will come out oct 1st and they hit that date than do this. It sucks because they can just push people around like this bc they are the “big dog” in town. Oh well, i am sure it will be sweet, I just think they need to start doing better business.
