wow, that’s amazing. I bought this software in 2000 or 2001 I can’t remember it was so long ago and I haven’t had to pay another penny. Truly astounding. Looks like I’ll have to get an intel mac now.

The upgrade was a no brainer. I followed the email regarding the cleverbridge procedure. Worked flawless. Then… It crashed instantly. Well… older Mac OS. So I went and got the latest 10.5. The Apple upgrade worked flawless as well. Now I have enough to explore for the entire weekend…

PS: Imagine a MS Windows OS upgrade just to run ZB 3.x… hahahaha. Re-install… EVERYTHING rofl… not with the MAC. Really… AWESOME!

I must to say that was very easy to get the upgrade!
Maybe somebody are interested, I use to get 6 or 7 millions of polygons with the PC version, today I have subdived till more that 20 millions!!! 
That´s so good, 20 millions for a full body is so cool.
I had no time to search more but the look of the models on it are so good.

loaded this model from the windowz 3.1 days with no problem. got some customizing of the interface to do =D.
macbook pro 2.33 GHz 2GB RAM runs smooth.

Zbrush 3 is crazy fast! I cant believe how high you can subdivide, it has no seeming limit! (13 million, and you can navigate) at 9.6million, you cant tell the difference between 9.6 million, and 20 thousand! (less of course you set the render to best) 13 million is about a 24-25 second render

the dock itself, i can’t find the exact original, i think it’s been updated to a dock called WEB 2.0 found here http://leoparddocks.net/
the program-loaded indicators are part of a package called FLOAT that can be found via http://macthemes2.net/
the stack overlays i got here http://www.geocities.jp/chy065/
but they’ve been updated too, so are not exactly the same
and the trash icon(s) i got on deviantart.com i think…
the home icon is my own
there’s a nice free icon applicator app called LiteIcon you can use to apply a lot of things… except the dock and app icons…

lemonado i just had to do the same as you, make sure you run software update and get Leopard to 10.5.5, LOTS of bug fixes.
Wow, Pixologic, great job! Just got to mess with it for a minute, and this is quite a performance jump! Welcome all to the world of true digital sculpting! I bet 3.5 is going to be incredible if this is merely a .02 version upgrade. 
nope. neither the serial or the activation code
I originally thought so, but, prior to posting my own pic, I checked, and the number on top of z3 does not match my serial, or activation, or any number given to me by pixologic, nor does it come close.
I wonder if you can change it somehow to put in your name, like you can in the windows version?
wow… how convoluted is that… maybe it’s your activation code.
