Wow Cédric! Looks great! I attached a pic of how I see the compositions: just added a little bit more space in front of him, giving him a bit more walking space).
I like the first image, but might give you more work with the ground plane in it, whereas the second image has only background.

I know exactly what you mean, that’s probably one of the advantages of teamwork: more “fresh eyes”. But hey, internet is a blessing in this case!
One more thing: this guy is giving me the creeps! Maybe even more so if you can have his claw grasp in the direction of the camera and have his eyes look straight into the lens…
