Go, go! Take care of the contrast of the front and background

AA-ron Thank you!
DanyBoy Thanks! Im soon done with the modelling so the coloring part is not very far away now
konjo kothar vignar That sounds like an awesome rpg game! Cant go wrong with a style like this on a village
Bas Mazur I tried to add some more contrast between background and foreground. Looks a bit better now I think. I have also rendered out a z-depth pass that I can use later to add some depth of field effect.
neozerahan Thank you very much sir! Im glad you enjoy this
Except for playing around with contrast Ive added grass to the scene. Again I used Painteffects in maya for this, such a powerful tool!
very very nice work
wow! my system wouldn’t have survived the onslaught nice details

wow… I really enjoyed the scene in general. Great job of modeling and pose the characters. I like this universe. You will texturing and rendering? Congratulations!
Hey Greger, This is shaping up to be an EPIC sculpt. I can’t imagine how many hours you’ve poured into this already. I have my art of Paul Bonner book in front of me and it is almost EXACT. Do you plan on adding the tree and stone wall along the right side of the painting? Forgive me if someone else already asked this. Kudos, can’t wait to see it finished.
Exelent i like it so much!!!
pfew… now that looks like a lot of work…I’m curious for the final image, good work.
Really nice work~
I’v seen your progress and I can’t wait the final image!
Paint effect is such a good idea!
Great work man, I like a lot the scene, there are a lot of nice details and the facial expressions of the characters looks really cool.
That’s a very cool image! Well done! Great work on the sculpting and details. Looking forward to more
I love the look on the ogre’s face, looks like he’s wondering if he’s about to get a cannonball in the face hah.
can’t really think of anything to crit other than maybe the dwarf in the foreground looks to be a little floaty on the back foot, although that could just be the angle (plus would be super picky)
I could spend an hour looking at this and still not see everything, great job.
awesome! top raw stuff! how can you find the time to work on such a big scene lol
i didnt realise that this was from an existing image so disregard everything i said earlier.
Thank you so much everyone, all your comment makes me so happy, and make me wanna work even harder for good results!
Gilberto Magno I thought would render out an image from Maya, much like the ones Ive posted here and then colorize it in Photoshop.
cmoffitt Thanks! Yes I will add the tree and the stonewall. Thats whats left right now regarding modelling, that and some minor details such as branches laying on the ground, dropped papers and a few other things.
willBurdett Yeah that foot is a bit floaty alright, need to fix the ground some more I think, cheers!
abe_Tamazir Thanks! Well Ive had much sparetime lately, also I have good workflow with few compliations which make projects like this run smooth :).
But now Im going to work a few weeks so I might not be updating as often as I have before.
SadamHu Thats okay, Im so glad you took your time to give feedback anyway, I really appreciate it.
I hope too have some more time to work on this tomorrow.
cya then!
Absolutely FANTASTIC work. Really doing justice to an amazing painting man. Huge fan of both the original and yours. Keep up the bad ass work
