Oh, can’t wait for this! 50.
Spinosaurus shader test again, this time with subsurface scattering :
(note : halfres model, only displacement, no bump)
edit : oh added a fleshy membrame in the inside of its mouth and a working tongue.
Subsurface scattering test continue, this time with ultrasaurus.
Subsurface scattering test part 2 :
i think you can go easy with the watermarks…theres some pretty amazing work posted here and none of it has a huge logo on top of the image were suppost to see…
just a tip…youre hiding your good work behind a logo
i cant see past the huge watermark
With a better lighting it will be great
© [Nice detailed work.]
I should like to see a better render result
Elasmosaurus, modelled in maya, reshaped/textured in zbrush, rigged in maya…speedmodel, done in approx. 5 hours.
(artifacts are render errors, don’t know how to fix it yet)

The lighting…if the lighting was better as commented on in previous replies, people could see all the work you put into this project more clearly and be inclined to reply etc… I think they are pretty neat critters.
I don;t really think there’s something wrong with lighting here, there’s a light at the back who gives it the specular highlight at the back and a little light in front for the main fill. How would you do it then?
Nice I LOVE DINOS.
WHY NOT MAKE THE DRACO HOGWARTS FOUND RECENTLY BY PALEONTOGOLISTS
Dinosaurs are moddeled, textured, shaded and fully rigged. Here are 2 more examples of dinosaurs. Finally. Now it’s time to take on the role of director and get this thing moving !

have fun, good luck and keep us posted, this looks fun!
Thanx man, I will !
Picked up my old Dinosaur project again, getting ready to shot this thing in November.
beautiful models but i can’t see slop because the background is black! probably be able to see much better detail with a 50%-25% grey or white.
