Love where you’re going with all the Giger- or xenovehicles. Love the xenomorph lion; that would make a great ornament.

@lhumungus Thank you for your kind words and your visit to my thread! I love it to develop concepts.

Xenomorph-Lion, next step…overwork of the head…

The little hobbit scene is very cool! Well done!

yes, i agree, the little hobbit scene is great. i hope you will feel in mood to push this to finish  … the xenomorphlion looks interesting in concept, but to me the strong spine is irritating, but ignore me here, as i am not that much into alien and similar movies…

@lhumungus Thank you for your kind words and your time!

@kokoro Thank you Doris! Is always a pleasure to me when you answer!
The hobbit scene has currently a top priority for me. A visit to the Shire seems highly digestible in a world full of stupidity and hate.
I wish I was there!
In a conversation with Bilbo at a good pipe “Old Toby” … and see Elves…excuse me … I digress…

..because the Xeno Lion ........ just for the fun and for learning........

Hobbit scene is getting better and better.

For the xenolion, I was thinking the profile reminded me too much of a panting dog, with its tongue hanging out. I think you should really push the alien/xeno part of it, like make the jaw really long or open too wide; perhaps the tongue less like a tongue and more like another prehensile limb coming from the mouth.

There’s a really disturbing part in John Carpenter’s The Thing (1982) where the dog opens its mouth so wide, it comes back over its head, demonstrating how the alien is truly alien, doesn’t understand or care about the dog biology and is merely playing with the dog form. Then the tentacles come out.

Love that scene even though it’s really creepy.

@lhumungus Thank you for your support!
Because the Xeno-Lion: Yes, there are animals that are difficult to bring in an alien form.
…just try to xeno-morphs a sweet panda bear…( really a good idea, mhhhhh )
…without the characteristic ears it will be hard to make a difference just by the body…anatomically are the felines and canids close together…
…but your idea with the maul I like…Thanks a lot!

Now the first version: Shire
