Same problem with me - Site is down… I have subscribed for the renderman for Maximum and there is no update for a month on there site, and now the site is also disappeard…is anyone has any news about binarydivinity.com…whats wrong with them? tried to mail them but they are not responding to any mail.

Don’t you find this strange? A man with experience, good teacher of Renderman who creates a website with excellent tutorials and… all stops without any explanation to the customers?
I really thought he had an accident or something like this… but if you go on his profile on youtube… he was connected 1 hour ago… so…
What is his problem? I have wrote him on youtube… but… nothing… as always…

It would be great if you could contact someone from there that has an email address not attached to their domain (I keep getting DNS issues)
I bought most all of their courses, only downloaded this one, and maybe one other.
I think I might of deleted the ones I downloaded to free up space!
Didn’t think the site would die after a month or 2. I never got to check out the later videos I purchased, or the classes.
If the site comes back online, or someone hears something, please post here.
Hopefully we can atleast get dvds sent to our houses if we still have receipts.

I have more news about Ramon Lopez from Binary Divinity.
I have called his wife living in Spain because i wanted to know more about this man. I didn’t talked a lot because she doesn’t speak english but… she told me Ramon died 2 years ago…
That was very strange… why is he connected to youtube everyday and why Binary Divinity were launched during summer 2008 ?
There are 2 possible explanations that i can see…
- His wife lies, and in this case, Ramon is a just a thief.
- Ramon is dead but somenone has stolen his identity…
I don’t understand… I think Binary Divinity will never come back but there is someone behind this. Who?
Alex, please can you tell me if you met Ramon in real life? Did he wrote you an email since the beginning of 2007? Binary Divinity paid you for your work? Why nobody speaks about this? Please tell me…

Thanks a lot for your reply. I am replying to your questions in order:
1 - First of all, when i found the personnal “home” phone number of Ramon Lopez, i wanted to prepare my speach because i have a VERY VERY BAD Spanish… I have all forgotten… I found the phone number on Saturday at the beginning of the night, and i was so happy that i called immediately to “test” the phone number… I wait a little, and, a woman talks: “Hola… diga me”… And i shut down the phone. It was just a test. The night “runs” and on Saturday, in the afternoon, i wanted to prepare my speach in spanish… but… i really wanted to call the woman so, i did it to quickly… But i made an error, i thought to speak to the woman in spanish just for telling her “Please can i speak to Ramon?” and then she would call Ramon for speaking… But no…
2 - So the speaking was very bad… I was completely lost. Immediately she told me, without any hesitation that Ramon died 2 years ago. If i interstood well, she also said he was not very fine (what this mean?).
3 - I asked her “Do you speak english?”… “No…”! I wanted to have more informations but impossible to find the words in spanish, i was totally disapointed… I believed her so the shame was on me… I tried to speak about Binary Divinity but it appears she doesn’t know… Strange…
4 - The problem is that i don’t know if she understood anything that i said. I tried to speak, she was waiting for my words but, at the end, i just told her, “I’m Sorry, i’m really sorry…”
5 - I made a big mistake calling her… i was so stupid. I have a very bad spanish and i just lost my self control… So bad!
6 - I don’t really understand the meaning of the reasons that can tell me that she lied or not… (sorry i’m french and my english is… limited)
7 - I tried to find the message on the Area forum… but i don"t find anything about this Rendermanclass in Spain… Can you give me the link when you will be connected via computer and no iphone? Thanks a lot, it interests me a lot!

… I am also in love with Renderman and the quality of the renders you can get. Also integration
with Maya is flawless. I joined the binarydivinity.com course a couple weeks ago and I think
it is going to be the best one available so far. I attended a 2 week seminar about Renderman
in Spain one year ago and the instructor was Ray Lopez who is the guy behind this project.
He is a good instructor and a part-time Renderman consultant for many companies in Europe.
