Any news or updates?

I’ve sent that gmail account an email, posted on some other forums, and left a note on ramons youtube profile.

Still nothing.

3 weeks, not the end of the world, but wow, did this guys house flood or something?

Seems odd that out of soo many people, no-one knows whats going on.

I just want the courses I bought. I asked them to just send me dvds if the website was off

Sadly I bought all my stuff Last year, and thus it’s to late to file a claim on paypal.

if i not received nothing i will share all movies here ,( infortunatelly i just have the version without song and edition …)

Thanks for the link about Gilbert Gifford. I think this guy does not exist, it’s a fake in order to do the promotion of Binary Divinity on different forums. I remember, on a forum, i saw a man called toscanablue who spoke about Binary Divinity, and he told he was a beatester of the RenderMan courseware or something else… I think it’s also a fake. Like the name of a man (Adam Werners), who, on a forum, told he was one of the creators of Binary Divinity… Why his name is not at all mentioned on the website or on the vids? Same thing for the “brother” of Ramon Lopez called Xavier… and all the men who worked on the RenderMan courseware… we don’t know anything about them… their names are strange (John King or Gustav Mohler… not Gustav Mahler?). Try to find any informations about them on google… it’s just IMPOSSIBLE. The only man we know living is Ramon Lopez beacause we have his adress and we know he has created the website…

But, as you, the thing who is strange is about the man himself. On his videos he seems to be very serious, very “professional”, and go deep in the details…

So why is the interest, for a man like this, to have this attitude with his customers?.. He is playing to a dangerous game…

And i am ready to complain against him. It’s too easy to take the money and go away.

guys,those people got us all,who purchase several titles from them.

i myself got this renderman course. i am not against my money,but i am realy sorry fot the time i spent on this material. it was nothing, beleive me. it was very obvious that,there is something wrong till the third week. 10 minute things become to be taught at several weeks. here you have a class say an hour,another 15 minutes or much to refresh at the next weeks lecture. this was a delibarete thing. it is the only material that i couldn’t make myself to wath it. i have 18 classes. and i haven’t watch any of it from start to end. turtle speed teaching. 10 minute things=several unnecesery hours. just watch the free samples from td-college.com. you’ll understand what i mean. he is realy showing nearly everything in 19 minutes,that this ramon guy deliberately space for several weeks. what is the magic behind dicing? for sure it is an important thing,but i realy don’t understand why someone teach it for several several weeks. why someone spents his hours,to tell what is vertex,how you move it and so, in a renderman course?

my friends we lost the game in the third week beleive me. i bye bye my money.

and it seems that they break the law first between us. so i see no reason not to share what i got so far. just to make people laugh,and see how a modern time robbery can be set.come up with an exiting an uncovered title,keep it cheap,space it to weeks,give promises that “you will learn the core of renderman” and keep things turtle slow and all of a sudden disappear. what a world. but don’t expect to get too much from what i MAY share,because there is realy nothing. 18 lessons*1-1.5 hours=19 minutes of techbites from the site that i mention.

we were the stupid,guys. this is the truth.

What’s bad is, I bought Alex’s course, it kicked royal ***, then I proceeded with giving them a ton of money (buying all there course).

Unfortunately, the download process was a huge pain, and it took forever as the downloads where slow (30k downloads for 400-600mb files).

As such, I did not download everything (Never got to watch the Marco dvd class I bought, nor the texturing class from Alex)

I downloaded most of the main maya class, but I only managed to download the first mel class.

The other stuff I bought, never even downloaded 1 file. Now there gone and I can’t get my stuff.

No-one blames you Alex, it’s all binary divinity.

Guys that is a real shame. I was going to buy Alex’s vids too. Now I’m glad I didn’t have the cash at the time. I hope you guys get what you paid for in some form or fashion. It’s odd that they were running a scam on people in the CG community. Maybe at some point they’ll be up and running again and this will all be a misunderstanding. Although their reputation will be seriously tarnished for sure.

Hey guys, I personally purchased the Alex Oliver Videos and they are all great!!! Unfortunately, I they only released 1 part of the texturing one. And they were missing 2 classes from Marco Menco’s Maya/Zbrush modeling. I’m just glad that I got all of Alex’s videos…except for the second texturing one…

As i said here i finished the textured version and sent it to binary with another sculpt seassion a old man head bonus ,but i not to me too about my tutors from binary.Still waiting a reply ,2 months or more ago until now…as I said too , i have all original movies here …without edition…

Hi Alex, the videos were great. It just really sucks that they decided to do what they did and screw everyone over. But…that’s life, and people aren’t always what they seem to be.

if you doesnt here anything from Binary Divinity. is it possible to share with us the finished textured version (without edition)?
i bought the renderman-tutorial to :frowning: but there is no chance to get the rest of the class.

i think binary divinity does a really good job! the tutorials are really really nice (i love zbrush and maya) and then this …

what i want to know is,is this ramon guy noone, or he is a known person in europe production pipeline as he says? any company work with him ever?anyone knows?

why couple of sites warn him or delete his or his company’s advertise thing posts from their forums. cgtalk and highend delete his massages or warn him kindly as this is not the place to make people know that he is abaout to publish a renderman course. is this because they treat him as a company,and companies should give proper and paid advertise to such forums,or they were already know abaout him and his character?

please do so a googling on binarydivinity. titles everywhere. what a shame.
