Outstanding sculpture, I espescially love how you managed you managed the joint for printing.
But even with your two little clues I have no Idea how you did these joint.
Can you explain it a little bit more, it’s an interesting technique?
Kali ma!!! hahaa that is sick!
I am updating a few images and thought I’d post them. Here is a death eater from Harry Potter. This is Malfoy
very refined work, look very good, was this design used in the film
amazing work, love it,love ur understanding of cloth and wrinkles, its amazing, how did u get the 3d print of the sculpt, what is the process and the cost of that, would really like to know

great forms…keep it up !
nothing to say but excellent model
top notch sculpt! the clothing is incredible!
Thanks for the comments everyone.
We have digital scanners, but in this case when the mask was scanned its reflective surface made the scan choppy and beyond repair. Basically the surface spikes in some areas, has missing surface in other areas, and has an overall oatmeal look to it.
So I created all the death eater masks from photo reference.
-Brandon.
Here is another model. This had the same problem. We had a scan of the crystal skull, but it was so choppy I had to create this from scratch. The reference I had were photos of the blue glass skull which made it difficult to make out the details. The Winston original is fantastic.
-Thanks
Brandon
Great work Brandon!
I guess the skull is made after a print of Patton’s model http://www.zbrushcentral.com/zbc/showthread.php?t=059905

undoz - I apologize I thought that was clear. I often forget many readers here don’t work in commercial art. A movie is made, then the commercial industry takes over and creates models like my Indiana Jones bust and this crystal skull. More often than not I am given limited reference a year or two before the movie is released.

No problem! I understand how the process works
The model looks good. I cannot think of a worse source of reference than some photos of a glass model. I think it was a pain to recreate it.
these are all great, but that ship is just plain awesome!
the boat is so good…WOWWW,i like it
Hi,
Here is a new bust from Hellboy 2, Johan.
I did it all in Zbrush except for that tiny mouth can.
I’m going to be posting more projects soon like this, a lot of hard surface modeling done with Zbrush.
