Sorry, I was referring to the GoZ with max 2012
you enter the ability to view normal maps in real time on a lowpoly (for polypaint) like mudbox or bodypaint?..I think that would improve the polypaint in zbrush for lowpoly artist XD
Any chance for sneak peek #2 in this year?
Please, Please, Please, Please
folders For Sub Tools
Yes really useful thing would to have groups for subtools. So essentially like PS where you can group some of the subtools into regions of your model. All arm parts can be kept together, all head parts can be kept together and switching them in and out of view…

This thread was started nearly 4 months ago, are we going to see any new info…sneek peak 2, release date info?
any chance for symmetry when HD sculpting?

I think that for production zbrush would gain a big advantage on putting some effort on a version for linux, 64bit, ptex , vector displacement and stabillity (wich is not bad at all). Those or the only reason why the studios are switching. Because I honestly think that zbrush kick every sculpting application ass far 1000miles aways. I think the tools are great enough to make what your imagination can think of and those little features are the only wall to stop us using it in production. :(! hope it will be fix soon!

Z4R2? Sweet, some of the rendering efx remind me of the marmoset toolbag functionality… If I would toss in my two cents, GoZ compat with SoftImage might be cooler than the 'ole obj import/export…
Hopefully there will be some news after the upcoming Siggraph event.
Cheers,
Chris
You are right. You are anal, however, I would prefer to call it “A good eye for detail”.
But anal sounds fine.
Please only 2 things that i dont knwo why zbruhs peopel has passed wihtout noting.
- MAKE IT 64 BIT ONCE FOR ALL !!! other sculptng sofwtares are 64 bit Are you going to let them go with it???
- Make something for use specs maps in final render !!!
THANKS!!!
we already know that R2 will be 64bits so this point is checked
I’m hoping that GOZ won’t force mental ray renderer when importing model from ZBrush
Since when did we know that it was 64bit?

Oh wow. Officially gobsmacked and smacked down.
