you are really good a making the gesture studies look very natural.
looking forward for more from you.

She has expressive hands, which is very impressive and adds so much to the piece so far!
Most striking IMO is her eyelids, the SSS in your renders so far make them stand out in a very positive and interesting way!

Congratulations with such a wonderful piece :+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:small_orange_diamond:+1: Excellent and you get 5 stars from me!!!

Your work is amazing and so inspirational, keep it up!!

nice sculpt. I wonder if you sculpted using non symmetry or if you posed it later. Nice matcap by the way. Keep up the good work. So much inspiration here its a blast. May i ask what renderer you use? Thanks

Hey, this was a model based on a concept of Carlos Huante that i started on Gio’s Nakpil Mastering Organic Modelling last year, one of the best classes that i’ve ever participated, i didn’t had time to finish properly and probably never will but it was a awesome to practice and learn new stuff

I love how you sculpt hair. Its so classical. It reminds me so much of how Houdon approached the modeling of hair. Dispensing with unnecessary detail and focusing more on form and volume. It’s such a shame that people focus so much on detail and don’t realize that the real beauty lies in form and composition. Really great work here man.

Good work josè, i love it  may i ask you how do you go about references? Is your work based on Refences on all the sides or it is a mix between photos and imagination?

I love how you combine such a realistic figure with subtle nods to classicism , As in the treatment of the feet .
Awesome work. :+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:small_orange_diamond:D

once again dude. beautiful work man.
i agree with mr. ehren, on your approach to hair sculpting.

@Bob3636 I can’t speak for all his models, but I know for a fact that he used a pose by a model named Paris from PoseSpace. It’s a really nice resource for model/anatomy photography and reference

Ehren - thank you so much Ehren, i really like your work, you’re very kind in those words, thanks man!
Bob3636 - Thank you Bob, as SBBear already answered you yeah, i used Paris from posespace as reference for this one, but sometimes i kind of mix references of similar bodytypes, but i always will prefer if i have a 360 view from the model.
pygmalion - thanks a lot man, i appreciate it!
rasmusW - thank you Rasmus, you are always very kind! take care

That is a sculpt that i started a while ago from Conor Mcgregor an Ufc fighter and just now i finally made a proper render to post it, also i recorded some of the process, didn’t have the discipline to record all of it, hope you like it!

excellent work, great anatomy!

just wow…
absolutely georgous work. I’m really inspired by the fact that you sculpted it completely asymmetrical! really motivating and I have the urge to try an asymmetrical sculpt as well, so thank you very much for posting this
